Applied for a morgage through this company paid them a total of £2100 got the principal found a house got the offer accepted contacted the company who were ment to be applying for the full application got an email last thur to say someone would call me friday ... only to call then on friday as I hadn't heard anything to find out that the company are in liquidation! I called the liquidation company who said I would recieve an email this week with proof I needed to claim my money back. Called them back today to be told the director hasn't signed the paperwork needed so it will be next week before we get this form ... nothing can be done without it! Disgusting director has taken people's money knowing fine well he was going bankrupt and now cant even sign the paperwork needed for people to attempt to get their moneu back not holding my breath for this and probably lost the house we had arranged to buy to! Joke

Paid £600 in fees and have been waiting for a response from these lot but nothing absolute silence. Trying to get the money back as it was supposed to be a part of my savings to get a mortgage. Absolute Jokes these pricks are

What a load of Bu**Sh** This company is i got an offer accepted on my house back in February 2026. I contacted them for a mortgage they got me the principal ready in 24hrs not sure genuine or not any a company called Bluestone Mortgages from london issued the AIP! Up until End Of June i was giving each and question they were asking documents letters any etc.. then no response last 2 weeks of June until my house owner asked his solicitors to speed up you have had 4 months it shouldn’t take that long for an offer. Then Hayley My Advisor messages me Via email & WhatsApp that the company has declined your mortgage request!! I have paid this company £2000 to start the paperwork & find me a lender then another £500 for their admin fee and another £500 to a solicitors company they recommend to start the procedure. I now find out that the company is Bankrupt & In Liquidation I don’t know how you are taking peoples money & even after promising of a refund in 5 working days i have still not its been nearly 10days I don’t know how to get my money back from this company or who to contact, if anyone has information please fo share thank you

We had used them to organise our mortgage. Lied that we had an offer in principle but couldn’t get the certificate as it was bank holiday weekend. Then when questioned the radio silence nothing now found out they are in liquidation.
Not the first business that Joshua Tomlinson has had dissolved either.

I initially started my mortgage journey with Greg, who gave me a great start before handing my case over to Ellie. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Ellie. My case was far from straightforward, I was purchasing a buy-to-let property as an expat as a first time buyer, which brought plenty of complexity and, at times, a lot of stress. Throughout it all, Ellie was exceptional.

Avoid at all costs! The company has went into liquidation for those who don’t know what that is ( the owner had too much debt so they had to shut down ) this whole process has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Our broker told us word by word on Friday " I’ll make sure nothing causes you’s issue and everything will be ready for your new build in couple of months " now the company has went into liquidation is laughable at this point. The owner was obviously comfortable in taking peoples money even though he knew he was in debt, considering I spoke to them on Friday and Thursday ( today ) the company has been liquidated. It’s very disturbing and sickening how there is people out there that are actually comfortable taking peoples money and then not even contacting us directly to let us know. We found out by calling the office number and there being an automated voice mail advising us of this. Poor customer service, poor outcome, now we move on. I pray that the owner never goes into business again and doesn’t cause stress for other people ever again.

What a load of crap my husband and I have no ccjs and no bankruptcy a credit score of 900 and still no mortgage even after a full year. paid them over £1599 and now they have gone into liquidation and now not knowing if we will be refunded

I would say my experience has been really good with My Mortgage Finder even though I had some hiccups even having my first Mortgage application declined.

My Mortgage advisor and support team Brooke and Ellie were so helpful and quickly found a lender that was just right for me and received my mortgage offer in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough for their support.

I submitted a request for Mortgage advice and was contacted the following day. I was convinced no one could help the situation I found myself in but Jack gave me the reassurance that he and his team could help and everything was going to be ok. He wasn't wrong. Kelvin then became my go to contact adviser that took every step with me, I was able to contact him anytime via email and phone. Communication was never an issue and every option available was explained in detail to me. Machala is also an added valued member of the team that has supported me throughout this journey. Before speaking with Dave at My Mortgage Finder I was told that it would be years before I could get a mortgage, that was 7 months ago, and I am now applying for my first mortgage, Dave was so professional but he also made me feel at ease with the whole process, every month we would have a catch up, and he always managed to make sure that I understood everything. I don't know if our case was the toughest nut to crack that Harry Boyer and Emily Micklesfield of MY MORTGAGE FINDER ever had but I am sure we were right up there! When the game of baseball gets tough and the team is down by one with little time remaining, a pinch-hitter is brought in. When a mysterious crime with little clues has been committed they bring in the best detective who sees what other detectives do not see. Our Mortgage case was metaphorically speaking the unsolvable case, the unwinnable baseball game and yet, with the wonder working mortgage magic of Harry and Emily, they pulled off a life-changing win for my wife Abigail and myself. Our first mortgage company abandoned us, pulled the rug out and said "good luck!" Two foreigners in our sixties with a mixed credit score - yet hard working, with permanent jobs. Other mortgage companies would not give us a second look. Too difficult! Too risky! But just like the super detective arriving on the tough crime scene, or the home-run hitter stepping in to save the day, Harry and Emily showed up for us and the fee we paid up front was the best fee we ever paid for the promises kept and the service with a smile, for the magic! Excellent service provided by My Mortgage Finder. This is my second review as I thought that I would not be needing the team during the final stages of my remortgaging. How wrong I was! The third party (Integrar Services) was one of the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever been in contact with.
If it wasn't for Kerry (and Michala) my mental health would have been completely shattered. Throughout the finalising of my re-mortgaging process, my sanity was truly tested. Fortunately I had Kerry and Michala on my side. Step by step...they made phone calls and wrote emails on my behalf, as I could not bring myself to deal with the third party anymore.
They were encouraging, thoughtful, ultra professional, competent and kind.
If I didn't have these two assisting me I would have abandoned my remortgage application.

This has to be one of the nicest encounters I could have had with a company.

I tried a couple of different mortgage advisors before coming to My Mortgage Finder, and had the worst experience. I thought, Ok, I will give this one last attempt. And I am glad I did.

From the first point of contact until the mortgage offer, everything was perfect.

Firstly I had a brief call asking a few questions and they booked me an appointment for the very next day.

I had a call with George, who was amazing, made me feel at ease, told me the truth about what he thought about my situation. And he guided me from there. Later that day, bearing in mind this is a Saturday, George called me back, and we went through and applied for the DIP. And it came back within half an hour.

George also sent me a Starbucks voucher so I could grab myself a coffee. This made a huge difference. I felt listened to, important, and that my decisions weren't a joke.

Every time I asked for an update (if I needed to, as they were on the ball and mostly updated me before I needed to). The previous company got angry at me and was very rude. Not these guys, though; they were nothing but professional.

Once we started progressing, Laila came on board. And what a fantastic experience that was.

If someone had asked me whether I wanted to buy a house again and go through this, I would have said no until George and Laila got on the case.

It was a dream come true, and they were amazing.
