My Mortgage Wizards Opiniões

Kelly made moving as stress free as possible for us. We began the process in January and for one reason or another we were delayed several times and Kelly was there to explain, guide and support us through it all. I genuinely couldn't have done it without her expertise. I am beyond grateful and thankful that Kelly was referred to me and have been singing her praises to anyone who is considering moving! We can't thank you enough Kelly.

The team are great, very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t fault them the service was seamless and communication was excellent. My mortgage went through in 6 weeks, they even got me a better deal on my interest rate before completion. I would highly recommend My Mortgage Wizard’s the service is well worth the money. I want to say huge thank you to Caroline, Jane, Katie, Kirsty and Amy, for the great service you provide.

Kelly talked me through my options and helped me to make a decision about my re-mortgage.
Without her help, I'm sure I would still be going round in circles. Thank you for talking me through the process, I will be calling again when my fixed term ends. Very happy with the communication throughout.

Amazing service from Katie and all the team. I've never taken out a mortgage on my own and was quite nervous about the process but Katie supported me from the outset and made it a stress free process. Communication was excellent throughout and my house purchase has been quick and stress free thanks to their help. I wouldn't hesitate to use My Mortgage Wizards again.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Katie & the team.
Katie explained all the options available and worked tirelessly to get us the best deal. Communication throughout has been excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for mortgages.

Excellent service. I would recommend mortgage wizards to everyone. Very knowledgeable. Very quick to get back to you to answer any questions or to help with any issues you maybe having. I was found the mortgage that was best for me.

I would recommend this company and in particular our mortgage consultant Kelly Greatholder.
She took all the worry and pressure away from us in helping us to source an acceptable interest rate for our remortgage.
She is very thorough and professional in her approach.
She spoke to us in plain English ensuring we fully understood all implications during the process.

Kelly was super helpful from the start. She explained things clearly and carefully considered my needs and expectations throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything and well informed, and even helped me as my move date approached by chasing my solicitors for responses! Highly recommend this fantastic lady to get you that mortgage!

Caroline and her team provided me and my partner with an excellent service whilst trying to secure a mortgage for our first home. Being both self employed this wasn't the easiest of tasks, Caroline went above and beyond and secured us the offer we hoped for. She was always only a phone call away and explained everything thorough to us throughout the process to help us to understand where we stood and the timescale we were working towards. I can't thank you enough for achieving what seemed the impossible, anyone who is looking for a new mortgage or a renewal I would definitely recommend using My Mortgage Wizards. An amazing service provided to us for a reasonable price, once again thank you Caroline!

Kelly was incredibly thorough as we knew she would be having used her services to get our original mortgage. We were having some "life" problems during the remortgage process but Kelly handled everything, taking all the pressure off us with her friendly professionalism. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

This is my second time working with Katie, and she is really professional, friendly, and effective. She provided me with the best mortgage deal on the market, and I never hesitate to take her advice!

My fiancé and I have recently just bought a house (weird saying that out loud), and we were stuck on what to do. I took advice from friends and we went to find a mortgage broker, who were trying to get us cheap deals but would never respond to our emails. My brother recommended Katie Durcan and honestly I can say that she made our journey SO much easier. She was able to accommodate to us for our meeting over the phone and did it out of her working hours for us, has been consistent with her emails and always dropped in to check on how we were doing and how we were getting on! Didn’t feel daunting at all, and we had a few hiccups with scheduling but she basically held our hands the entire way! If you can afford to hire a mortgage advisor I would DEFINITELY recommend it, and especially this company! I also have to thank Amanda Briggs for also helping us whenever Katie wasn’t working and she was as much as a gem! These two are a credit to the field and truly care about their customers, at least we feel that way!!! 🥹

I am so grateful for Caroline and her wonderful team.
Twice now they waved their wands and worked their magic for us.
Ours was such a complex situation, and I think if we’d have gone to anyone else we’d have been unsuccessful.
I’m now finally a happy homeowner and I can’t thank My Mortgage Wizards enough.
I’d recommend to anyone.

Kelly has been amazing from start to finish. This is the 3rd time we have worked with her & she has never let us down. Kelly listened to our needs, went through our options and offered expert support and advice right through the process. I'd highly recommend Kelly and can't find enough words to describe how wonderful she is. When we started the remortgage process we thought it might be an impossible ask, but Kelly found a way. Thank you so much 😊

Kelly Greatholder was outstanding once again. She work really hard on a very tricky mortgage with only a few lenders willing to lender on my new house. She was always on hand to assist and kept me up to date on all developments through the process. Can not give her enough credit for her outstanding customer service and hard work.

I would not hesitate to recommend My Mortgage Wizards to anyone seeking financial advice. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently, but also in a friendly and approachable manner. Caroline worked hard to secure a mortgage which tailored and met all my requirements and Amanda guided me through the process and promptly answered any questions I had throughout the transaction. My experience couldn’t have been a more positive one and I would like to thank Caroline and Amanda for their superb service and support, the communication was frequent and expectations were met each and every time.

Cannot thank the girls enough! Katie, Amanda and Caroline have been nothing but great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Massive shoutout to Katie, who went above and beyond for us as per! Thank you all again xxx

I have been to Caroline twice now for my mortgage, initially for the mortgage on my house and then to re mortgage when my fixed rate expired. I still don't know how she found me a mortgage for the house I purchased, when at the time my credit rating was so poor. Both times, the process has been completely stress free. I just told Caroline what I was looking for and she found me the best deal. Not only that, the team continue to look out for mortgage rate drops before the completion date! I think my rate went down 3 times before I completed!!

A really amazing stress free service which I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Katie is an incredible consultant and the support from her and Amanda really is second to none! They take all of the stress and anxiety out of what can be a very stressful process - especially in this uncertain and economic climate!

Katie was incredibly diligent and proactive and I just knew I was in the best hands to secure the best deal for me!

Katie and Amanda answered all my questions (and there were loads) quickly, patiently and without judgement.

I cannot recommend Mortgage Wizards enough - THANK YOU!!

Katie took all the pressure off finding the right mortgage for us. Katie was very patient as I had many questions. She was always available to help and we had our mortgage approved in minutes. I highly recommend Katie and My Mortgage Wizards.
