Members Beware.

I recently joined as a member hoping to get discounts and perks,however, when I placed my first order 10/04/26,I was given a forward delivery date of 13/04/26, next to this information was a statement telling me that members could as a perk receive next day delivery.
Nothing came the next day except a reminder that my delivery would be made on the 13/04/26.
When Monday arrived 13/04/26,and after staying indoors for most of that day,NO delivery was forthcoming.
I had to contact via their messinger service(because no agents were available) for live chat,again.
I eventually received a reply to be told that my order would be delivered the next day Tuesday 14/04/26.
This did happen,however, I remain very unimpressed with their standard of customer service,or should I say non- service.

Let down by courier

Items found easily on website and easy to place order. Prices were good too. Deciding factor on ordering from here was the free next day delivery. Ordering on a thursday for delivery friday so could fit over the weekend.
Emails from courier same day saying expecting parcel, and then they'd collected but thats when it went wrong - took 4 days to finally arrive (ok, was a weekend in the middle) which was a bit of a let down and also scuppered my plans to change the parts over the weekend.

I have no problem with the website or shop but evri couriers you use are rubbish every time I oder something online either your site or any other the products never turn up and all evri do is make excuses. I canceled this order because of them.

Guaranteed next day postage .... what a joke .

On wednesday 1st april I ordered parts i neede to get my car thriugh its mot retest ( two tyre sensors ) which was booked for saturday 4th april .
I paid extra extra for GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY and niw 5 days later i am still waiting .
I was supposed to be working all through easter for which i needed my vehicle and as such and as such i have lost 4 days earnings so far .
This may be the fault of your couriers but you are the company i ordered from and paid extra to guarantee next day so the issue is yours and as such you are to blame .

While we do dispatch orders on the selected service, deliveries are handled by our courier partners and, on rare occasions, delays can unfortunately occur once the parcel is in transit. That said, I fully appreciate your point, you paid for an upgraded service and didn’t receive it as expected.

If you haven’t already, please get in touch with us directly with your order number so we can look into this properly for you. We’ll be happy to review the delivery, raise this with the courier, and ensure that any applicable refund for the upgraded delivery service is arranged.

I like all the Quinton Hazell products so far.Wheel brgs , bottom control arms, back anti roll bar link, fitted to my Volvo C30 & working well.The Nitrile gloves are very good I keep buying them.The head light bulb I haven’t fitted yet will report on them another time.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam
Please do not use them
You will be cheated out of your money.
I ordered brake parts
Mechanic said they were wrong.
Messaged and got an answer from remi who i don't even think exists.
Got told to return at my costs
Then got told after inspection the parts were used.
Complete garbage.
How could i fit rear discs onto drums on a transit connect.
Pads weren't opened yet on return to me they are.
Im £120 plus down with this company .
I used this company in good faith especially with my health at moment so not exactly rolling in cash only to be scammed.
Please folks avoid and use a more reputable company.
Im going to trading standards.

We’re sorry to hear how strongly you feel about this situation, but we do need to clarify a few key points.

When your order was placed, our website advised that multiple fitments are available for your vehicle and that the correct option must be selected. The parts supplied matched the selection made at checkout.

Regarding the return, all items are inspected on arrival. In this case, the discs showed clear signs of handling/fitment, which unfortunately makes them ineligible for a refund under our returns policy. This is why the return was declined. Brake components cannot be resold once fitted or attempted to be fitted.

We also want to address your comment about the pads — items are returned in the condition received, and we do not open sealed parts without reason. If packaging appears different in transit, this can occasionally happen during handling, but it does not affect the inspection outcome.

We understand this is frustrating, especially when you’ve incurred additional costs, but we categorically reject the claim that this is a scam. We have followed our standard process based on the order placed and the condition of the returned goods.

When entering your vehicle details on our website, a message is displayed advising that multiple fitments are available and that the correct option must be selected before placing the order. This is because manufacturers often use different parts depending on specifications such as engine variant, size, or production date.

As this notice is shown prior to purchase, it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct fitment is chosen. For this reason, we’re unable to cover labour costs or return postage in this instance.
