I am leaving one star and that is generous. This is a rip-off and should be illegal. I purchased the Oklahoma State Parks book. Every page is a blank page with the name of each park in the page heading. I guess it is a planning page to write down my plans for the park. No details no nothing. I threw mine in the recycle bin so there would be at least some value to the book. In my opinion this is a con job and no different than stealing money out of someone's pocket.

As per my previous comment about this scam company, If you can please go online and register a complaint as well it will be very helpful to the case against these scumbags. Please refer to my case number if you go online...my complaint case number is CGS-447880. These people need to be put out of business and the more people shining the light on them the better.

One star is a reach. This is not a reputable company (the Better Business Bureau gives it a D+). The guidebooks are merely sheets of paper with blanks for the traveler to fill in. They offer no information about the parks themselves.

Also, the company has a no return policy, so once you realize you've been scammed by a pretty cover to an expensive "book" of blank pages, you're stuck.

Everything about this company is a rip-off. Stay away!

What a scam indeed. I paid almost $40 for essentially a book of blank paper. Someone needs to initiate a class action lawsuit!

Disappointed. I was expecting info and pictures and guides in the books. It was just a journal page for each with the same info. Very easy to reproduce and if you really want to journal your personal experiences in these books, it might be for you. I don't need another journal to take notes in.

Would like a refund... but dont find info on how to get that. We expect amazon service everywhere... we just don't find it.

The books are a scam - 90% blank pages for you to fill out with a few pages in the front with a picture and short Wikipedia paragraph about the location.
Also, order was incomplete.
AND BEWARE -
there are NO RETURNS and no physical address anywhere!

I never received the book and their response was that “we shipped it”.

Do NOT waste your money. I purchased this book for my husband, and it is not what was advertised. It consists almost entirely of black and white pages with info available on any travel website. There is a full page of the entire state with numbers to designate destination locations, but the corresponding key is missing half of the numbers, so you have no idea what those numbered destinations are. In addition, some of the numbers in the key do not match up with the supposed destination. One of the numbers in the key in our book relates to a park that is about 75 miles away and two counties over from the actual destination. But worse than all of this is customer service is terrible. I communicated my concerns to the company and they said I could return the book AT MY OWN EXPENSE and exchange it for something else. When I balked at that, they requested I send proof of the errors, so I did. Then they ghosted me. I have followed up three times requesting an update and they don't even respond. Terrible product, terrible company.

I purchased a deal forn2 books and they arrived fairly promptly. I gave one as a gift to my son in law and other to my husband. After perusing it with him we noticed that the state map with numbered tags has a list of numbers describing the spots were not correct. The numbers do not match the description and location. This is disappointing and renders the product almost useless

No shipping updates for 9 days and no customer service help. Been told it is shipping, but package still in companies hands with no mail pick up. Coming credit card fraud if I have no updates by Dec. 21.
