I faced major challenges with this company, because of their customer support, but I have to praise meazontrël_ who was crucial in assisting me.

No customer service
They send loan documents but no fund.
They are identity theft

Mynextpay is a very reliable and secure I have on going loan with them and I don't have any problems if you need urgent loan look no further Mynextpay is on your door steps 👍😀

Terrible customer service. Very little communication. Ridiculous interest rate. Borrow money and pay it back 2.5 times. False advertising. They tell you that you can reload if you need to but then deny you if you do, even if it's for a lower amount than you originally borrowed. They're not interesting in helping you out if you're in a tough spot, they just want to make as much money off you as they can. Go somewhere else.

I've had a loan with this company and they said I would be eligible for renewal since I paid off the loan. When I went to reapply again, they told me I wasn't approved because I don't get paid twice a month. Which I have been for decades and I am a prior customer. What a joke. Don't bother with this company.

I want to pay back my loan worth $700 which these scammers are charging 2390$ for it. I keep sending me hem emails that I want to pay it off I want to pay it off. But they keep ignoring and don't let me payback the original amount

Beware - Biggest scam !!!
They will sanction loan, but somewhere hidden in documentation you there will be an origination fee of double the loan amount. And you will get stuck indefinitely. Be very careful and avoid at all cost.

DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! Although I was approved for a 700$ loan, my payment is to be 2279$! DISGUSTED BY THIS AMOUNT. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING, BECAUSE I DID NOT AND I AM BEING PUNISHED! THEY DIDNT MENTION ANY "ENROLLMENT FEE" BEFORE APPLYING! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! MAD ABOUT MYSELF AND EVERYTHING!

This is a predatory loan company. They mention they have all kinds of loans including small payday loans. Yet for a $300 loan in the fine print it states you become enrolled with their facility and it costs $888.00! The maximum cost per $100 borrowed in Ontario for example is $15. This company tries to weasel its way into making you sign an agreement that isn’t even a payday loan but instead where you are indebted to their facility. ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT! I cannot stress this enough.

I am SO thankful I declined this loan and did not accept it. To borrow $300 I would have had to make bi-weekly payments until June or July of 2023. If that doesn’t sound like a complete scam I don’t know what is. Stay FAR away from this place.

Outrageous company. Was preapproved for a 1K loan but still wasnt guaranteed until they went through a "manual" review.
I noticed in the contract an "enrollment fee" of $1800. So the $1000 costs you that (principak) + 18% apr + 1800. They wanted $220 x 13 weeks which is almost $2900.

Everyone on BBB states they have tried countless times tried to call but but no one answers. And the business responses are all telling people they should have read what you signed, and that they emailed the customer but dont tell you if they resolved the issue.

I'm beyong disgusted that a company actually thinks it's ok to be this deceptive. They say nothing about enrollment fees when applying.

If I could I would give zero stars this company had the nerve to reject my application due to skip the dishes refunds due to the store being closed and or my order not arriving like the driver legit picked up my order and then cancelled.... Are you kidding me?! That's an invasion on my personal life that has no baring on my financal income in regards to the loan income information... Breech of my personal information and used against me highly unprofessional!

That's messed up!
It's ok I found another company who didn't give such a ridiculous reason and helped me provide the things I needed for my two young children!
Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!
