Me han ESTAFADO pero bien.
Compre un masajeador terapéutico y me han mandado una pistola de agua. Pague 50€ contrarrembolso ...me siento completamente estafada.
No contestan a los emails u no aparece teléfono ninguno.

Pésimo estafa compre una caja que contiene un ostra con una perla y un collar su precio es de 30 euros y me a llegado un merchero electrónico de 7 euros y no contestan a los imeil estafadores

Una tomadura de pelo... O creeis que no me voy a dar cuenta que la sarten no es de hierro fundido y que no lleva esa tapa tan mona de madera? No me contestais al mail pero espero que nadie os compre nada mas.

Una estafa. La sartén dicen que es de hierro y pesa menos que una de aluminio. En el anuncio dicen que viene con una tapa, que luego no te envían. Parece buena en el vídeo y es un auténtico timo

Es una estafa!!!! No comprar nada! Te envían un producto distinto al comprado. Pague 30€ y me mandaron un articulo que cuesta en el mercado 2,5€. Son unos ladrones!!!!!

Compre un como la llaman ellos tapete sanitario, no era para nada como el video y encima me cobraron 5€ de más y sin devolución porque no valía lo que me vendieron. No volveré a comprar más con ellos

Es una estafa, envian cosas baratas en los contrareembolsos.

Didn’t receive the order with hundreds of dollars of formula, and no one has responded to my follow ups. At this point it’s been months.

If I could give a negative review, I would!! They are horrible. They will not talk to you if you have an issue. I have been asking for a refund since January. I ordered in October and never received product. They got their money but I did not receive anything in return.
I email and chat weekly with them but never get a response. Nothing but auto bots. Run from them!

Been a month and never shipped my order and they started ignoring my email. Will be taking this up with my credit card company as fraud.

I'll never buy from this company again. Been almost 10 days and haven't received my formula. Will be disputing charges on my credit card. Stick with formulaland!

I love the formula, but the shipping time is so prolonged even when you pay for the expedited. It has taken 2-3 weeks to receive formula. I suggest not paying the extra amount for the “expedited” shipping.

I never received an order from them and they keep attempting to pull funds from my card. I have multiple charges declined from their attempts all month long. I don't know how to get them to stop. I also saw on the BBB website that they are not accredited. STay Away from these scammers!

I ordered a formula in Nov 2024, and my due date was in Jan 2025. I did not receive the formula until now.
And the customer service has the same answer whenever I ask them - that they will check with the warehouse and give an update.
They did not refund my amount as well, they say that i have to wait until they get an update from warehouse. Until then, they cannot process a refund.
It’s been over 2 months since i ordered that formula, I did not receive the product and no refund as well.

The customer service stopped responding to my emails as well.

Never shipped my order and won't refund my money.

HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered on January 2. Still not received!!… still not shipped actually. They sent me a tracking number that still says “label created” on January 3. And it seems to ship from… the Netherlands!! I am in New York. It is baby formula so timing is important. When I asked for an update, they replied “We do apologize we cannot provide an eta at this time as it is processing. We do apologize we are unable to process a cancellation request at this stage as the order has started to process”. So disrespectful and incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! You have been warned!!

No delivery, and they still haven't refunded my order even after confirming cancellation. They keep saying "Waiting for warehouse to confirm," and goes nowhere.

I placed an order 15 days ago and my order still has not arrived. I had selected the option for 7-12 days.

Never received product and they would not refund me. Horrible customer service

My order was not delivered and there has been no refund or follow up after the initial email.
