Avoid at all cost. Seems fraudulent

Ordered a perfume and believing it saying delivery 2 to 4 days. It has been a week now and nothing is delivered. All I get is a chat with a bot and that is it. Unless, I get something soon I will raise the matter with cyber security as a fraudulent site and with Consumer right UAE.

Not delivery

placed an order with My Perfume on March 14. The stated delivery time was 3–4 days. However, I did not receive any shipping confirmation or delivery update.

When I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, I was given vague and delaying responses such as “I will check,” “I will update you,” and “I will take care of it,” which only wasted my time.

Later, due to the air strike situation in Dubai, I informed them that I was considering leaving and requested to cancel my order. They told me that cancellation was not possible. I do not understand how an order that has not even been shipped cannot be canceled.

After insisting, I was told that an authorized department would contact me via email. In the email, they mentioned their wide product range, competitive prices, and that they serve many countries. However, this does not solve my problem. If you operate in so many countries, you should be able to ship the product from the nearest warehouse without delay.
Do not buy, do not recommend, do not be misled.

Delays on my order

Delays on my order, customer support?? There is not one to support you, number provided on web site to customer support in Dubai is not on use ( email just has a chatbot with automátic response same a WhatsApp has a ia with responses that not solve nothing. Not recommended to buy perfumes here, better to pay little bit more on trusted websites

Be careful it’s a scam Complete fraud I haven’t received my order & they come up with different excuses like one day stuck at customs & the week after uh no we don’t have stock !! & they will never accept to refund you

UNRELIABLE WEBSITE

Please be cautious with this perfume shop website.
I don’t usually file complaints or express dissatisfaction with my orders, but this experience has pushed me to my limit. On December 7, I ordered seven perfumes intended as Christmas gifts. Instead of making my holiday preparations easier, this purchase caused unnecessary stress.
I placed the order because the website appeared professional and legitimate. However, after completing the purchase, I received no tracking information, and there is no proper customer service! only automated chat and email responses. This is extremely disappointing, and at this point, I am not even sure whether I will receive my order at all.
If anyone has experience with this website, please let me know whether it is legitimate. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Fraud online shop

More than 3 weeks and nothing arrives. Email reply with a name Aubrey Customer Happiness Officer never commits a date of delivery. I believe they are nothing but frauds. The .ae domain they use only to misguide customers.

Avoid this shop! it’s a total scam

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. They failed to deliver the items I ordered, communication was extremely poor, and I repeatedly received false assurances that my order was on the way. When I requested a refund, they claimed it would be processed, but it was not. I wonder how they haven’t closed it down yet

If I could I would give 0 stars. Customer service is absolutely horrible and unresponsive. I received my order 3 weeks later than the promised date. No reply over emails and no tracking number was shared. I was about to complain to DED for fraud but received my product on one random day without any information. Please refrain from purchasing from them unless they improve their service. Horrible experience overall.

Order Never Received

I spent over 800 AED on a perfume from this shop and it turned into one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product NEVER arrived. When I emailed them, all I got was a useless “wait” with zero explanation, zero tracking, and zero accountability.

They took my money instantly but couldn’t even provide basic customer service afterward. No update, no proper response, no refund, nothing.

This place is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely careless with customers’ money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop unless you want to gamble with your cash.

Bad experience.

Bad experience.
Unreliable team, poor communication and very late in delivery.

They promised a 2 day delivery… it took over a month, and I still don’t have the perfumes in my hands. I reached out to them over 4 times, and no concrete information was ever given to me. I was never given as exact date as to when the package would arrive, and at no point did they at least have decency to acknowledge their shorthand apologize for it.

Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

❗️FAKE, FAKE, FAKE

I’m writing this because no one else should be scammed the way I was. The perfume they sent is blatantly FAKE, the scent is wrong, it disappears in minutes, and the packaging looks cheap and nothing like the real product.
This company is a complete SCAM operation. They take your money, ship counterfeit items, and then ignore every message. You will NOT get a refund, no matter how many times you ask. They simply do not care.

Disappointed – Order Still Not Received

I placed an order from MyPerfumes almost a month ago, but unfortunately I still haven’t received it. The delivery was sent to the wrong location, and communication became very difficult afterward. At first they replied, then later I was told it was “in customs” and asked not to follow up.

It’s been a long wait with no clear update or refund, which is quite disappointing. I really hope the team improves their customer service and resolves my issue soon.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I would like to sincearly warn everyone on the business practices of the website.
I wanted to purchase a specific product and initially (before I made order) the delivery stated is "shipping in 24h". However after I made an order it became clear that this product is "pre-order" item, and delivery date stated was 10 days post.
So I was like ok ,fine, I will wait.
After my order didn't arrive 4 days post mentioned new delivery date, I tried to get in touch and see what is going on. Only then, I realized that it is impossible to get in touch with them. On WA there is only automated responses, and same for email. I waited 3 more days, and they I decided to cancel my order and get a refund.
However, the automated bot informed me on my request that "cancelations and refunds are not allowed" ??? What kind of business practice that is?
Since I wasn't able to reach anyone to discuss this with, I reported the company to consumer protection agency.

Don’t trust this web

I didn’t receive the order since a month now with promises to deliver every 3 days same problem, I requested a refund but they refused under the pretext of delivering the order after 2 to 3 days since more than a week
