1. - I placed order. I send an email immediately after ordering and asked for a proof.
2. - They shipped product. I sent an email immediately after seeing it and asked why i didnt get a proof. Their response was that they do not offer proofs and that my satisfaction was guaranteed.
3. - I received product and it was wrong. It was not what I thought I was getting when I ordered it -something a proof would have solved. It was smaller. The craftsmanship sucked.

I didn't read the reviews. It's a birthday present to myself of my dog. Totally regretting the order now, with all the bad review. I started a complaint with PayPal. I hope to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY! Absolutely horrible workmanship. Can't even tell what it is! They offered to redo if I pay shipping of $10. I just want my money back!

HORRIBLE SCAM. I was told 10 days delivery time, it has now been a month and still nothing. They keep telling me I have delivery but I don't, then they tell me to do the chasing up of delivery. It is up to them to get their product to me safely not for me to chase up. They also knew I was from Australia and gave me a price of $50 and when charged me came in as $75.17 Aust as apparently the $50 was USA $50.

Horrible! First off, it took many weeks to get delivered. Once it arrived, it was a major disappointment. Could not even make out what the necklace picture was and the writing on back you need a magnifying glass to see! Waste of money!!!

Horrible!!! Very small and washed out, cant see my dog at all and she's black so you should be able to see her. So disappointed I was so looking forward to getting it . Wish I could attach photos to show how bad it is. Praying they refund me, also praying the 2nd one I ordered for my daughter is better. I wish I had read all the bad reviews prior to ordering.
As to my request for a refund, so far they are claiming they feel it looks like my dog. And maybe they are right. If I had this necklace for many many years and it got old and faded, then yes they are correct. But I didn't pay for a necklace that looked ancient .
Do not order from them it's a scam.

It’s a complete ripoff. And their “50% off, last day tag line” is complete crap. Every day is their last day!!

I ordered a keychain from them with a picture and engraving. When the item was received (from China), the picture was etched onto the keychain but there was no engraving on the back. When I went to their website to find out how to return, I discovered it was going to cost me shipping plus a restocking fee, so my “refund” would be less than half what I paid!

I emailed them and said they should accept the return without charging me the restocking fee and replace the item since it was their mistake. They said they’d redo as long as I paid shipping (another $20)! WHY SHOULD I PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE????

There is no opportunity to leave a review on their website, so I figured the power of social media was my next best bet. I’m making this post public and encouraging everyone to share. I spent $40+ for an item that isn’t worth crap!!

My bracelet looks nothing like the pictures on their website. I ordered a bracelet with 6 cats, can not even see then, so I have no idea who is who. Also their names are not on the back of the bracelet either. I have sent them an email and am waiting for an answer. I wish I never saw this. The bracelet that I created at Walmart is so much nicer, each charm has the actual color picture and is purrfect. I hope they will refund me, but I am afraid I will not hear from them.

I haven't contacted this company yet, wish I had read these reviews first this is a piece of S**T, so I will write them after this but I can see from all of you that it won't do any good so will also call my credit card company

update: I have now emailed my concerns and guess what? All the bad reviews are so right I don't see how there are any reviews over one star. I sent them a picture and they told me it was good, they must have blind workers Oh No!! forgot this is China they don't care about workmanship. This company is a scam! I ordered a pendant of my deceased dog. After a month of waiting a received a practically microscopic pendant of my sweet angel. You can barely tell it's a dog. They refused to refund my money and they said they'd make another one if I paid them an additional $20 for shipping. I made comments on their Facebook page to warn consumers and they blocked me. Don't waste your money and spare yourself heartbreak ...stay away from MyPets.gift

I did the same thing as everyone else. Bought something to commemorate the passing of our amazing doggie, as a gift for my lovely wife, BEFORE reading up on the company. Money is gone, nothing has arrived. Find another company to do this. Ps: The address on the item was incorrect, somehow.

IF I could I would not give them a start. I ordered it on July 7th and it said 7 days I should have it. I got it today and it was trash. I got 2 of them one for me and one for my daughter. The one I got was a photo put on metal and the photo was peeling off of them. I did it throw pay pal so they had me file a complaint. Out of the $77.99 they where only going to give me $10 bucks. I talked with pay pal and they have given me back my money and are going after them. Its a SCAM

This is an absolute scam. I paid them $50 and sent a photo of my girlfriend's dog and what I received from them looked nothing like the detail in the advertisement. It was just a piece of metal with an indistinguishable etching of some kind on it. When I first complained, they wrote back and said that the reason for this was that I ordered "steel" instead of "silver". After I pointed out to them and provided proof that I had paid for and ordered silver, they wrote back saying that they would re-do it if I paid them an additional $20.

Since I have zero confidence that any re-do would be superior, I opted not to pay them anything additional.

I had paid through PayPal so I disputed the claim with PayPal. However, I learned shortly thereafter that PayPal does not protect buyers that use its service---it protects the SELLERS who pay them money. Makes sense I guess. So don't expect PayPal to help you if you use them.

Just got it today! Looks just like my dog! I love it.

Do not buy from this company. When I asked for them to remake and send again as the quality was so bad, they asked for another 20 USD shipping to do this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered on June 4th and it is now July 13th and have not received my order yet!!!! The tracking showed it was 60 miles away two weeks ago. I still have not gotten it. They keep saying their logistics team is "working on it". I have told them to cancel and want my money back. No one is responding. Again, do not order from them! Plus they gave me a grand total of $52.00 then charged an additional $6.00 for an international fee.

Totally disappointed. Looks cheap and engraving is awful. I purchased it as a birthday gift for my daughter. It belongs in the trash rather than on her wrist. Avoid this company. Their product is truly a low end item and a 6 year old could have done a better job.

Junk for $50.00. Wish I read the reviews first. This came today for my wife’s birthday gift. I’m embarrassed to present this to her. The image totally sucks - have to hold it at the perfect angle to see the image and even then it is fuzzy. The edges are sharp and unfinished - I’d have to take it to a jeweler to smooth the edges. The chain is soooo weak, thin, and so haphazardly cut from the “roll” that the idiots forgot to put the clasp ring on one end. They don’t understand English, so misplaced the wording engraved on the back. I got burn. Facebook constantly carry’s their ad - total scam!

Chain broke within a week. The bale broke within 2 weeks after I bought a new chain. Very cheaply made and not worth the 40.00 I paid for it.

They advertise a nice chain of sterling silver and sterling silver for the medal of your dog. It is not worth 50. They value it at $10 on the form when it is sent to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The medal is nice but the chain is not. It has a clasp on it but no hook to clasp it together. It is hard to put it around your neck too. It is shorter than what you request. Also I have contacted them 3 times and no help from them. I am requesting my money back. Horrible company and
