No hanging clips included on frame. Impossible to hang.

Prints with frames: What a waste of time. Three weeks for delivery for something I get overnight from Kmart. Frames absolutely unusable as do not have hanging clips at back. I tired every option available at Bunnings - all wasted money. I cannot even wind eye-lets into the frame to place a string. Disaster and I only brought as they were on sale. These are facts not personal opinion. Go to Kmart, seriously.

Ordered photo frames from My Picture…

I recently ordered photo frames from My Picture. The final product itself is actually very good — the photo quality is clear, and the price is fair for what you get.

However, the process getting them delivered was frustrating. My order was held in customs for about a month due to incorrect and incomplete paperwork from the sender (vague product description and mismatched shipping details). I had to spend a lot of time chasing it up and providing information that should have been handled properly by the company and their courier in the first place.

In the end, I’m happy with the product, but the delivery experience needs serious improvement. If they can sort out their paperwork and logistics, it would make a big difference.

Scam site

Scam site. Chinese printers pretending to vr local print service. Quality is ridiculously low, shipping take months, refund denied.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, frame fell apart within months of purchase off the wall onto where we sleep. All four points of contact where the glue is was disconnected. No resolution offered by the company for safety and quality of product. Waste of money.

I ORDERED A JIGSAW PUZZLE FOR MY 7 YR…

I ORDERED A JIGSAW PUZZLE FOR MY 7 YR OLD NIECES BIRTHDAY. 30 MIMS AFTER FWDING THE PHOTO TO USE I REALISED I HAD SENT THE WRONG PICTURE AND SENT THE CORRECT ONE WITH AN EMAIL EXPLAINING I ONLY WANTED ONE ORDER!!!THEY PROCESSED BOTH AND I PAID FOR BOTH. THEN I RECEIVED THE FINISHED PRODUCTS - A PICTURE LAID OUT ON THIN CARDBOARD! ONE OF THE PUZZLES HAD BROKEN UP DURING DELIVERY SO IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW WHAT THE PICTURE EVEN WAS. I HAD TO PUT THE PHOTOS USED INTO THE PLASTIC BAG WITH THE LOOSE PIECES SO THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT THE PUZZLE LOOKED LIKE WHEN COMPLETED - NO BOX WITH A PICTURE ON THE FRONT JUST PIECES IN A PLASTIC BAG AND SET OUT ON THIN CARDBOARD. AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE I WILL NEVER MAKE AGAIN.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I got the images much quicker than anticipated. One image came out amazing, but another was soooo poor. Quality was that bad it was like someone had drawn it and then coloured it in, missing so much detail and no crispness in the image. Really disappointing.
update - worst still, I received a new print of the picture that was of poor quality, exactly the same. clearly no time was taken to rectify the issue. really poor follow up service.
update - they do not offer a refund on poor quality. offered me either a voucher which is useless because i would never order from them again or to replace the poor-quality print which is just dumb because they have already done that twice now and failed. Definitely avoid this site. Shop elsewhere.

WORST CANVAS IN 10 YEARS!!!

I'm amazed they sent the picture to me with a straight face, I'd be embarrassed to send out such rubbish workmanship. The actual creating of the picture was harder than other companies I've used and the end result, despite supplying a good quality pic, is woeful, I've seen better resolution on a 50 year old TV!!! Even if the pic I supplied wasn't suitable why the heck did they go and print it anyway??? The only half nice thing I have to say is it was "relatively" cheap but the picture is so terrible it wouldn't matter if it was free. The first pic is the one I sent the second is the joke of a result

Long shipping times

Ordered at the end of January so there would be more than a couple of weeks to deliver in time for Valentine's Day. Being that it's advertised as Australian, I foolishly assumed it would be shipped from Australia. Nope. Shipping from the US (there goes my boycott of US products) and isn't estimated to be here till the end of Feb. Maybe don't advertise as being Australian if you can't produce and ship from Australia.

We're shipping from the facility that can get your order to you most efficiently. Your item is on its way and tracking shows delivery by late February. We know timing matters for special occasions.

Ordered a canvas from a digital print

Ordered a canvas from a digital print, on an Australian site for an Australian delivery a month ago, and apparently it has been in transit since. So far tracking it has been transferred to/from: Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, USA, Hawaii and now it’s back in the Netherlands, again. So, I dunno. Four plane rides and 12 trucks, much travelled expensive Xmas gift. I’m hoping they know where Australia is. I don’t know about product quality but the shipping process is taking the piss.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Disgusting company to deal with. Our "premier" photo blanket arrived it was not even in a bag just chucked in a postal bag was covered in something like dog hair and absolutely stunk. And all they could say is here is 30% on your next order. Um no there will be no next order. Do you go back to the same restaurant if you get food poisoning. No i don't think so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Print arrived damaged

Print arrived damaged. Company had indicated they won't provide a refund as it was a custom print and therefore they can't resell it. Which is ridiculous, as even if it wasn't a custom print it couldn't be resold as it is damaged.

14 business days delivery time

Everything seems ok. Ordered a Christmas special. Then it takes about 3 days to print. Fine. Then I get an email "you can expect delivery in 10-14 business days". ?? Of course won't be on time for Christmas. Useless. Avoid at all cost.
