Next day delivery
Accepted next day delivery charged £6 and still only arrived 4 days later.
It did not state when placing the order "excluding bank Holidays ect", every other delivery site stated this which you as a company failed to do so. So a 2 star rating is very necessary as it wasn't stated your next day delivery service was excluding bank Holidays ect.

Hi, Sorry you feel the need to leave a 2 start review for your order, which was placed on good Friday, owing to the fact this was a national bank holiday our processing team were not working this day but was on the Saturday and your order was processed and awaiting DHL to collect, as the Monday was also a national bank holiday and DHL also were also not working your order was collected on the Tuesday and delivered the following day. As per our shipping policy which states the definitions of next working day service, this is the delivery service orders are sent out on not the actual fact that orders will be delivered on the following day. we cannot be held responsible for our 3rd party courier companies working schedule or national holidays.
Express Shipping on All Orders - Next Day Delivery from Only £5.99
Free Shipping when you spend over £50.
All orders placed before 16:00hrs Monday to Thursday are processed with the aim of same day despatch for delivery the very next day (restrictions by the courier company are not within our control).
Orders placed on Fridays before 15:00hrs will be processed with the same despatch principals but delivery will likely take place the following Monday.
Orders placed after Friday 15:00 hrs will be processed and despatched The next working day.
Next day delivery is based upon working days i.e. Monday to Friday unless by e-mailed request for a Saturday delivery and a surcharge agreed upon.
Next day delivery is the delivery service orders are shipped on, we aim to fulfil orders as above but situations not within our control (supply issues/weather conditions/3rd party operational issues etc...) on these rare occasions fulfilment & despatch may take up to 48hr.

Overcharged me and not responsive
They have put on my order 100ml bottles of solution instead of the 250ml I have ordered. They have charged me full price for the 250ml bottles thought!
There is no phone number to contact them directly and they did not respond to my email asking them to repair the error they have made.

Hi Joe, As per our conversation I feel the need to reply to clarify the situation to potential customers. Your contact was responded to, explaining where you were confused, I suggest you check your spam box. Yes we made a small mistake with the product image being that of a 250ml bottle but the product description clearly states that a 100ml bottle is for sale and supplied as per the code also on the order confirmation, I also sent 2 links to you from competitors on Amazon and eBay who we are £2 cheaper than. As a goodwill token gesture I offered you the opportunity to provide a link to show proof that the product is available cheaper on a like for like basis and we would refund the difference, which you don't have the time to do, so I am at a loss of how I can assist you. We are a small family operated business that endeavours to provide the highest quality of service at reasonable prices and whilst our site is still in its infancy, we are continuously making updates and improvements to to ensure a high quality service and customer experience.
