I have had a letter stating Raindrop have access now to all my pensions, but Raindrop cant find any of them.
Which one is it? Are you scamming us or just lost in translation.
Im stressing now as I don't trust you.

Athulya at Raindrop was absolutely…
Athulya at Raindrop was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service was exemplary and she resolved a complicated issue with ease. She is hugely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. So far my experience with Raindrop has been fantastic, in large parts to Athulya.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see your dedicated pension assistant has traced 2 of your pensions, including one which is for your current employment. We have contacted providers for your remaining two pensions and will let you know as soon as we hear from them. Some providers can take up to 8 weeks to respond which causes some pensions to be found before others.

Really good service
Really good service! Kept regularly updated via emails. I didn’t need to do anything apart from give them my details and previous workplace pension details and that was it, they did everything else.
Just wanted to add that my dedicated pension assistant was wonderful.
