DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I ordered a set of Glasses that were custom and supposed to hold over 10 oz; the cups arrived a month and a half later and were only 6 oz; the customer services stated that the factory did not have the product I ordered and they would offer a 15 dollar credit (paid over $100). They do not make their sales right, as the website states. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would
If I could rate zero stars I would. I purchased the personalized 6 glass Whiskey Decanter set and the personalized Wall Mounted Liquor Dispenser "Bourbon" Barrel. Received someone else's personalized product to start and were sent products that are completely different than what are depicted on their website. When contacting customer service, I was provided another customer's name, phone and mailing address to send shipment to at my own cost. I wasted over a month now trying to resolve my issues getting a replacement for the barrel lid that is a thin piece of wood with cheap vinyl letters. Still with no resolution, mind you. They are a foreign company pretending to be from the US running a "Bait and Switch" scam on unsuspecting consumers. Don't fall for it, read the real reviews, do your own research!

Do not use this company - do not get the product you ordered
very disappointed - ordered whiskey decanter set with 6 glasses, coasters and stones. pictures & reviews must be fake. Did not receive quality product as advertised. Personalized product are stickers on glasses and decanter which on delivery are lifting up off of the glass. Display holder within the box is foam not cut to the product and crammed together resulting in scratched glass (not what website shows). wish i could attach photos of what i ordered and what i received on this review. Also product is made and shipped from China. Nothing is mentioned on the website or advertisements reflecting this. I would not have ordered if i had known this.

I ordered an engraved decanter set on November 28,2024 for a Christmas gift.
After not receiving it before the holiday I sent numerous emails to the company as well as Pay Pal. And nothing except excuses from the company of its on the way. As of January 1,2025 I still don’t have my order. Also asked for a full refund and still nothing. I would not recommend My Royal Customs company.

Order a sign on a whiskey barrel lid but received just a round thin piece of wood. Not worth the money. Don't trust them.
