Great customer service! When I got my seatbelt back there was a small mistake in reassembly. My Safety Belts paid for a return shipping label and had my seatbelt fixed and shipped back in 2 days!!!

Turnaround was super fast. Seat belts look better than new and the price can't be beat.

I wanted to take a moment and write a review of My Safety Belts (MSB). My seat belt broke. This is on an older but very important vehicle to me and serves as a primary cargo van that I use for my business. My local mechanic was not able help me with new parts due to the older age of the vehicle. So, my next step was to start looking online. I quickly found (MSB) and sent my seat belt to them. They came to the conclusion that due to the age of my seat belt parts were not available!! The owner of MSB got on the phone with me and calmly said that other options were available but would require a more research. To make a long story short, MSB totally solved my problem and I highly recommend them to everyone! I am one happy and safer person because of MSB!

Was very pleased with their service. They quoted me a price to repair my belts and it turned out to be wrong ( too cheap ) but they stuck to it.

Seat belt took about a week for me to ship and receive. Color matches my remaining belts and the cost was a lot less than had I replaced the belt entirely.
