My Shopfittings Opiniões

Had a small problem with the wronging size glass being shipped. In one phone call and no hassle a correct replacement was sent out next day delivery no quible by the seller - very possibly at a loss as it was a small order.
Great Service.

Purchase through Amazon, package left in rubbish bin and thinly wrapped in pallet wrap which My Shopfittings did not see as a problem. Return and refund was made as difficult as possible and is still ongoing. Zero customer care.

Fab item, would recommend.

I measured twice then ordered these fine toughned glass shelves. Arrived well packed and quickly. Quality items well priced. Also I thought the postage cost was good value.

Customer service excellent and my order arrived next day

Simply put, products that work well and good customer service! Well done

Ordering was an easy task. Order arrived in good condition with everything I ordered on one delivery.
Very pleased with the service.

Great product, except 2 of the end bits for the rail were missing.

Am also not pleased with a flat £10,shipping fee.

I asked clear questions about the type of material these are made from, one response said these were aluminium. I asked again if these were aluminium or cast alloy, and a dimensional question about the fitting, never had a reply. I ordered because they were cheap, and you do generally get what you pay for, where in fact they appear a cheap cast alloy (not the same as aluminium).
Disappointing, but not the end of the world for me

Quick delivery

Expensive shipping cost but poor shipping service. No email when shipped. Days to process the order. Use Evri a cheap shipper. Still not got goods.

Very competitive pricing, fast delivery and great customer service, very accessible. Sent me wrong fittings but no quibble sent me correct fittings straight away no extra charge and free return label for wrong fittings. Would definitely use again.

I was looking for items for a job starting the following day. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you to the team at My Shopfittings.

I have received a quick efficient service from the team. I highly recommend this business.

good price and delivery within a few days of ordering

I bought the wrong product and the customer service was excellent. Within 5 minutes of calling them, they had arranged a free return and refund

Great service with texts and calls to clarify.
