Very poor service. Product arrived and initially worked for 2 weeks. Reported it and was advised to send a video. Sent the video and had nothing since. Followed up with 3 further email sand still no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They advertised as an Australian company, but they are based in Hong Kong or China, so product is delivered from there, which was very misleading.
I usually don't like to do that as I have had issues with having to deal with overseas returns in the past.

After going through their support to test and identify the best solution for my setup, I was recommended a specific product to solve my problems.

The product received came in an unmarked cardboard box and individual items wrapped in bubble wrap, and had no branding, manuals, or other information included.

The indoor antenna is poor quality, and some inside parts could be heard rattling around. After inspection, one circuit board held in place by a single drop of hot glue.

After less than 2 months, the outdoor antenna parts were already rusted.

The internal antenna did not work as expected and had limited range of about 1/3 of advertised.

The internal antenna is designed for only a specific installation requiring a 10cm hole, and locks from the opposite side.
Standard practice around the world is to use a bracket, and have the item snap into the bracket.

The booster works but the display on it is useless. It does not reflect the incoming signal strength vs boosted signal. It is either off, or max signal (never in between) even when the incoming signal is below minimum requirement to work.

After a bunch of back and forth they told me it was the fault of my home design.

They also told me that for it to work properly requires 8m height difference between the antenna and booster, or 15m horizontally with at least 1 wall in between.
Not many houses can meet that criteria, and neither of these points are provided on their site or their downloadable documents.

Most council in Australia don't allow antenna to sit more than 2m above highest point of the house, so this makes it not usable for majority of customers here.

The product was not fit for the purpose I purchased, it was not of acceptable quality, and had major faults.

After approx 2 months of back and forth they then told me I am not eligible for returns because 30 days has passed.

Since they had refused the return, I had to contact my bank to request reversal of the payment.

Wow, surprised how professional this company is!!

3. They can repair your device and bring it back if it is broken in the fasted way possible

Company neglected to mention they are in China. After customs problems I told them I was going to refuse the shipment, because retruningbit would be expensive and cumbersome. They said I had to accept it and try it out before shipping it back, otherwise they could not rissue a refund.

We installed the mobile phone booster you supplied to us in the machine shop area yesterday (Three 4G Signal Booster – 500 SQM (#800-500). Before installation there was little or no signal, phone calls more or less impossible. We installed the booster and switched the power on to see an immediate result.

The signal gain was massive, more than expected at four bars and 4G, we have had experience of other systems with nowhere near the signal gain.
We now have trouble free phone calls, incoming and outgoing, full internet access with no waiting, marvellous.

I will personally recommend your system to anyone who is having trouble with mobile phone reception.

I bought a mobile signal amplifier a month back to help us improve our voice and 4g connection from this store and got it delivered in about 8 days. Me and my friend installed it in 30 minutes and after pointing the out antenna to towards the relay mast we got good signal strength. So the piece is worth the money spent.
