Thank you to Dr Runeel Joye who saw me as an emergency on Sunday 11/01/26. I have decided to join the practice rather than stay with nhs dentist I would highly recommend O MY SMILE to anyone that needs attention or an emergency. The practice staff are professional and honest. I was in a lot of pain. Dr Runeel was patient with me due to the anxiety I have visiting the dentist, I would highly recommend the practice for nervous patients. Thank you once again.

My husband and myself had a terrible experience with our previous dentist, for so many reasons.They turned private and we feel exploited our honest nature,we left that practice and have not been able to register with a new practice since lock down
We were lucky to be registered now with the Smile Club in Cheadle hulme. We had our first appointments this week, going with trepidation. But our experience was just brilliant. The reception were a great first impression and then our appointment with Dr Laura was amazing. She was kind,understanding,honest and very professional

I had teeth whitening procedure yesterday and I can honestly say the outcome has far exceeded my expectations. The procedure was painless and quite relaxing. I will repeat it as soon as my teeth require it. Thanks to Isra and Chloe who made the process so successful.

After years of a local dentist who had no people skills and was actually quite rough,we decided to move to Smile Club in Cheadle Hulme.
What a contrast ! All communication with reception staff is pleasant and cheerful.
My new Dentist Victoria Lam is friendly, approachable and professional and gentle . She greats you with a big smile, my partner and I feel fortunate to have been accepted on their list ..thank you.

Pleased I managed to obtain a place at smile club Cheadle Hulme. All Staff are super professional and friendly. Standout for me is Francesca, she has taken considerable time in rectifying my dental requirements showing me the greatest respect alongside her impeccable manners.

Shortly after suffering extremely painful toothache, I was accommodated admirably by your staff, resulting in two appointments, each one involving three extractions. The dental surgery which was undertaken both skilfully and expediently by Iman Hosni with the assistance of Ellie, left me pain free.
In addition to this, the Receptionists Anne Marie and Hana were kind enough to provide an Invoice in respect of my treatment which will enable me to claim a partial refund from a Health Policy.

This used to be my dentist as a child so brought back memories.

I've had terrible experiences in the past but I can't thank ALL the staff enough as from the moment I entered to register myself to the moment I left after my treatment. I can't name them because I can't read the handwriting lol but I can't thank you all enough for making me feel reassured and I finally feel I've got my faith back in a dentist.

I visited for a check up this morning, and all staff (Arti on the desk, Kaz the dentist, and assistant Chloe) were all welcoming and friendly.
What I look for and got from this dentist:
- efficient
- professional
- clear explanations

I was seen to and out quickly (which is great, of course), but not rushed as both Arti and Kaz asked if I had questions before I left. Thank you :)

My daughter who has special needs was very anxious about treatment. She had the work done under the fantastic care of Isra, Selma & Nasser at the dentist in Cheadle Hulme. They couldn't have been kinder to us, the service was excellent. Thank you.
