I recently had solar panels installed by MySolar at my home, and while the overall experience was positive, there were a few challenges along the way. Communication could have been better, and scheduling the installation took some effort—likely due to my location in Cork. However, once the second installation attempt was arranged, the process was quick and efficient.

The installation team was excellent and very professional. They found a creative solution for running the cables without damaging the walls, which I really appreciated. Despite the initial challenges, I’m happy with the outcome and would recommend MySolar for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Highly recommend this company. They were very thorough from start to finish. Initial contact and phone calls were very informative. A good investigation of our property was carried out and adjustments made to ensure the maximum sun exposure for the panels. The crew arrived and finished as planned. They worked well together as a team and their young apprentice was receiving and had received excellent training/guidance. Their follow up was excellent, as arranged. I would be very happy to recommend this company.

Staff are easy to deal with any queries and can solve the problem quickly.

Lads were in and out in 3 hours. No mess, no clean. Piping hot water all day long now having no more immersion. And the best of all my last ESB bill was €20.

From the moment I made contact with the team, things ran smoothly and quickly. I had some issues with the form, Luke sorted it out in minutes. The whole process, from application to installation, took 3.5days.
