From start to finish the customer Service and quality on work carried out was of a very high standard. Fantastic company and staff to deal with. Never any problems. Had mine installed in early December and can see the difference already.

I was looking at a lot of servers.All the same speel .When I contacted my solar omg how professional ben was the mam I dealt with.Absoulutely on his game no bull answered everything I asked 100% professional and nice guy.Gave me optional plans on finances no big money up front.The team came about 8 weeks later so professional all round .Got to work within 6 hours all done very clean and tidy great bunch of men.Explained how the system worked. Explained as many times as needed. Finding the system brilliant looking forward to summer when I will see the real benefits of the solar power. Follow up from ben and all the team excellent. Amazing service from the first phone call to the final management of the grant. Panels installed in half a day, 10 of them plus water. In the depth of winter my electricity bills went down immediately. I work from home so can run anything needed in the day. I would highly recommend this service.

Just had My Solar finish installing 9 solar panels and a hot water diverter this morning. The team of electricians and roofers were punctual, hard working, polite and professional. They left the house neat and tidy, clearly taking pride in their work. So far the whole My Solar experience has been excellent. I'm looking forward to monitoring the output of the system now.

Just had 10 panels fitted and delighted, producing 7 ro 8 KW on a sunny day in January and exporting back to grid most days. Ben was great in the planning and Alex on the installation day was excellent. All done in 1 day. Highly recommend, no initial cost so happy day 😀

I had 10 panels installed in February 2022 and have never looked back. In 2 days I'm getting 6 more added to the back of the house. If you don't have a few thousand euro to pay upfront, going with mysolar is a no brainer.

In 2022 when the cost of electricity soared, we spent around €350 on electricity for the whole year for a house with 4 people - this was after the €800 grants from the government and €218 for selling excess back to the grid!

When you include the monthly cost of repayments, it was just over €1000 for 2022.

In addition you're significantly reducing your carbon footprint. I calculated our CO2 emission reduction was 72% over 2021.

In addition we're not using any gas to heat water in the summer, so those bills have reduced too.

I've had to contact the company a few times regarding the installation of the new panels and to change a direct debit and I've never had an issue with customer service or no reply!

The MySolar crew turned up on time this morning and worked continuously to install our solar panels in wet, tricky conditions. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to us. They did a very neat, clean job and so far, everything is going very well! It is early days and when we can see how well the system is working we will happily leave another review, in a month or so.

Lovely team to deal with - so helpful - highly recommend

Booked these guys in to do a solar install, they turned up as scheduled, took a look at the roof and said they couldn't do it because the roof had natural slate. I had confirmed earlier with the office that it was natural slate and was told it would not be a problem. They said there might be another crew who could do it and they would come out. After a couple of calls to the office, I was told the boss would come and have a look. The next day another person turned up and had a look. They said a natural slate install would be difficult but would look into some options and get back to me. Over two weeks later and many unanswered phone calls and ignored WhatsApp messages, I have given up.
If they didn't want to do the job, they just needed to say so. Instead they ignore you and hope you go away.
A disgraceful way to treat a customer.

So we have had Solar tubes on our house for a few years which were working fine but only provided hot water when sun shined. we wanted more out of our solar so we contacted MySolar to upgrade and I am delighted we did. Our experiences was fantastic and they were very easy to deal with and very prompt in getting us installed and up and running, even after we had a few problem with our wiring they sorted it out promptly to ensure the system was running as it should. I would recommend this company if you are thinking of installing Solar Panels. Great team of people.

So my wife was dealing with company they started of with a telephone quote which was fine to start them never followed up after that.

After many emails and calls they could not be bothered coming back.

Now delighted we did not get them to install the panels.

Got my Solar panels in last August 2021, delivery and installation in a morning, nice lads installing. Since then they have produced more electricity then they cost so as far as I'm concerned they are free. A "no-brainer" to get installed - simply cut the cost of my electricity. Honestly I don't know why they don't have orders from every house hold in the country. Delivery does take ages but the costs are so, so small that it is worth the wait. This August I had them back to add the hot water to the system (rookie mistake to not do it in the first place). Also, I added an EV to my the electricity use and even at that my Electricity bills are less than last year. Its a "no-brainer" to get the solar panels installed. What is everyone waiting for?

Happy with my installation, price and the information received from the company, would recommend MySolar to anyone considering installing Solar PV in their home.

Just be prepared for a wait, their service is in high demand, but this appears to be the case with any Solar PV company at the moment.

From start to supposed finish, this is actually the worst case of customer care and communication I've ever experienced. I letf a message at the start looking for a quite and to be fair they came back to me within the week as they said where really busy. I was happy to go ahead with the plan after sending in pictures of the house and where the installation was going to go. I never got any confirmation that it was going ahead nothing. When I called a few days later to see what was happening there was no answer, so I WhatsApp the number I had send the requested pictures to and got a rude reply a day later, saying "yeah we got your message and installation will be 8-12 weeks due to the high work volume". Two weeks after that I got a phone call to say they will be able to install the following Wednesday and be on site between 8-8:30. It's Wednesday and no one showed up, after taking a day off work and paying a childminder I rang to see what was happening only to be met with a voicemail saying the girl I talked to was on holiday. Order cancelled!!!!!
