To know that there's someone out there that has my back. Also listen to what I have to say and help me Get what I'm expected to. AJ was very health on this process. He was very patient and detailed. It made no promises or Expectations of outcomes. Thanks for all you do.

I was contacted by John with…

I was contacted by John with Mysolarclaim. He has been very informative and has explained my situation in detail as to what my Pros and Cons are choosing to move forward with what they have to offer. I was never pressured or given a time to decide on purchasing their services. John has always made himself available to me at any given time. So far mysolarclaim has been the only entity that has given me the support I was looking for in order to do something about my solar contract. The people at Bryton Power took complete advantage of the little knowledge I had with Solar panels and I was taken for a ride. I am paying so much more for electricity now and i am also still having to pay my regular power company. Bryton Power conducts themselves with zero ethics and are only around to sell you on super expensive panels and nothing they told me was true about my savings. I was never a good candidate for solar. Mysolarclaim seems to be legit and I only hope that they live up to what they promise.

Highly recommend Mario and My Solar Claim!

I was very skeptical at first due to the terrible situation I was left in by Powerhome Solar. I had consulted with other companies prior to meeting with My Solar Claim but after speaking with Mario, he really helped me understand how predatory my situation was and the options available to fight back. I’m so glad I gave him and his team a chance. He has stayed in communication the entire time and the report they delivered to me was so detailed that just a few months after hiring them to guide me through this process I am already getting offers to settle with Goodleap! Thank you Mario!!

I'm a pretty wealthy individual and I couldn't really trust anyone to help me with my solar. I mostly threw money at this for revenge because I didn't want to pay that scam solar company anymore.

I spoke to another company promising me the world and that turned me off because it reminded me of my car salesperson and solar salesperson. They told me that every case was different but my solar company took complete advantage of me so let's just say that now I don't have to worry about that. Thank you Jesus!!

My experience so far with solar claim has been great, the team is really helpful and on top, when I have a question about my claims they listen to me and try to help .

They make it sound good, but they can’t show a single successful case

I followed one of those facebook ad links for this company to see if there might be anything in our situation that they could help. I ended up talking to Fernando yesterday and today.

He said we definitely had some things that he believed could be acted on, and then he tells me I have to put up a $2000 deposit, which he tells me is completely refundable.

Then we start going over the agreement, and get to this part: “If, upon completion of the Solar Analysis and Report fee, no actionable findings or opportunities to improve the Client's situation are identified, the Solar Analysis and Report Fee will be fully refunded.”

That language strikes me, so I pressed him a bit; “if you manage to find ANYTHING that will bring me the slightest bit of relief, I’m still on the hook for $2000?”

Fernando hemmed and hawed around that, but he finally admitted “yes, but if we don’t find some substantial relief, we’re going to tell you and refund your money.” I pointed out that their contract language doesn’t say a word about “substantial”, but rather it establishes the absolute “no”, as in nothing.

At that point, now that we’re talking money, I’m dropping a google that lands me here at Trustpilot, while I’m still on the phone with Fernando. I see a decent number of good reviews…and then I read them. The common thread of the good reviews: so far, so good.

Not a single review here from someone who has gone all the way through the process and said “man, that worked out great! I’m so happy, and they solved my problem!”

The one review from someone who got in pretty deep was a one star from last month, and they claim to have had to pay an extra $2000, and then got told that they had to subscribe to legal shield.

I read that to Fernando, and he assured me they no longer work with legal shield. Funny that he knew that.

Look, if they could show a track record of success, I’d pay. But right now, this seems like smoke and mirrors, and I’m not dropping two large on a magic show. I told Fernando to call back in a year when he can point to some success stories, and I hung up.

Your mileage may vary, but these guys don’t give me warm and fuzzy feelings inside. One star for an outfit that gives me some scammy vibes.

Hi Sam - solar companies require people who get relief to sign Non Disclosure Agreements which is why they legally cannot talk about it publicly. In addition, that information is between them and their attorney - whether they worked with attorneys in our network or not.

In terms of our team not being able to find any major issues with your solar system - you completed an Initial Survey prior to speaking with our rep or making any payment. To date you have not made any payment to us. A report was generated for you based on the answers you provided in that survey which immediately identified 5 major issues with your solar system that all have been used in the past by consumers to get relief from their solar situations. You had 5 of those just in our initial report (not to mention what we would find in our full analysis). That report was sent to you on your initial consultation with us and our rep went over those issues with you.

The initial findings we went over with you included system underperformance, warranty and repair issues, electricity bill offset / system design flaws, and major hidden fees. These are serious issues that we identified and outlined for you without taking any payment.

Let us know if there is anything we haven't been able to provide and we'd be happy to start helping you with your solar situation. We understand that after being taken advantage of by a solar company it is difficult to trust anyone moving forward, however we are fully transparent in what we do!

There was a long wait to get to talk…

There was a long wait to get to talk with anyone, I set 2 different appointments and in the first one I was told that my representative would call me shortly but no one ever called.

The next day I spoke with Cameran and at first he seemed a bit mean because I didn't want to include my wife because I usually handle everything, I ended up having to reschedule for later that same day. But she was able to remember details about what the original salesman that came to my house told me.

I didn't realize how much my solar contract stressed me out until I really thought about it. But while talking to Cameran I realized that the solar company i had installed my panels completely lied to me. The Report that they gave me made it clear what happened to me and I'm now getting this taken care of finally after 6 or 7 years.

Solar ripoff or what

I'm not a very trusting person per my background is classified and I've been through a lot of fraudulent scenarios.
I talked with this place and it seemed like it was going good and then the guy got extremely pushy. Demanding $2,000 to go any further
When I did a search on this so called company in the federal BBB and database it didn't come up with anything. Google search yes but nothing else.
There site said Sun run or sun country out of Wyoming still nothing about that company either.
I don't like pushy people
I'm a disabled combat veteran retired medically and highly classified

Mario's the best!

So far so good my experience with Mario has been excellent. There has been no rush or overwhelmed feeling of pressure to put them in my corner. Hopefully they can fulfill what we all want and that's get me out of this horrible loan with my Solar Company.

I need advice. Please give me your opinion of them.

I've only just begun with them. I'm not sure if I can trust them. I'm on the fence. Is what they are offering worth $4000 of my money? There are good reviews of them but not a lot of reviews at all. My money is tight and hard to come by. He seemed kind of pushy about getting the money instead of offering me a choice about what is best for me in my situation. I haven't given it to them yet and he talked about the money back guarantee. Will I be able to get it back get back from the solar company who installed my solar panels and get my leaking roof fixed instead of just using that $4000 towards fixing my roofing problems? Somebody please tell me if spending $4000 with them is the right thing to do.

I was swindled out of $4000!

I was swindled out of $4000 by a good salesperson who stated that Sunrun might file for bankruptcy. Not only is Sunrun buying other solar companies, they are getting paid by Tesla to sell Powerwalls. I told Joel. First I had to pay $2000 for discovery. Joel promised that I would talk to their Attorney Mr. King. Then after discovery I would deal with their group of Attorney’s. After Joel went over my discovery documents, he said to go any further I’d have to pay them another $2000. After I paid that, Joel then said that I had to sign up for Legal Shield for $50 per month. I asked him why Legal Shield and he said that it would be too expensive to deal with their Attorneys. He also told me that I had 2 other options: to represent myself or hire another outside Attorney and pay them to take my case. After I told him that I’ve dealt with Legal Shield for 25 years and had no results with them, Joel said that it was because I didn’t have a premium account. I reminded Joel again that I thought that I was paying for their Attorneys and would have a chance to speak to Attorney Troy King. Joel said that they changed the program and now we have to go through Legal Shield. Now I have to take out a second mortgage on my house to pay for this debt!

Any reviews on outcomes versus everyone has been nice thus far. As we've all been ripped off before with our solar installs, can anyone add a review on exactly what was outcome and the savings the lawfirm has accomplished? For I've been robbed with my solar loan of $100,000

Great customer service

Nick was very patients in talking to me, Ive had a really bad experience with this while solar thing, So I did some research on this ordeal and found someone who is cheaper, but Nick made it tough cause of the regard he had for my situation, If the other goes south you can bet I will be coming back, Thank for working with me
