Caution……I returned my item back for an exchange, have proof of recorded delivery by Royal Mail back to Mysteryfootballkitco however Mysteryfootballkitco have decided to keep my money and not send my exchanged short.

The delivery took 2 months + import duties had to be paid. They sure as hell didn't advertise that part!!
They make it sound like a great experience (which it could be), but my particular experience, and visibly 80% of other customers agree that they're not all that good.

Enorm dårlig oplevelse. Efter modtagelse af ordrebekræftelse, gik der 20 dage før vi fik besked på at pakken var på vej. Det er nu en måned siden og pakken er endnu ikke kommet. En forventet leveringstid på ca. 2 måneder må siges at være under al kritik.

I ordered a box on December 22nd and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent the customer service "email" at least 4 different requests for an update and I have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend wasting your money.

Does anybody know how to get in contact with regards to your order I still haven’t received a single email about the order after getting in contact several times

Ordered on 28th December as a gift and it still hasn’t arrived! Having ordered previously without any issues I’m so disappointed! No correspondence despite me contacting them on numerous channels! I will always allow reasonable time for company’s to respond before making public any qualms however when I’m out of pocket and they can’t even be bothered to give me any form of explanation, I feel it’s only fair to warn others! AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Absolut den sämsta servicen jag någonsin stött på, leveransen kommer aldrig, noll återkoppling eller information, omöjliga att få tag på med frågor etc.
Köp inte här ifrån ni kommer inte bli nöjda! om ni ens kommer få någon produkt.

I think it’s a scam, spent 210$ for a 3 shirts set the 7/01 so one week ago already and still don’t have the order confirmation or any mail… I email them the same day but still don’t have any answers…

Bought item from the website as a gift. My brother tried top on on few days after Christmas and took tags off as it fit, within 5 minutes of wearing a hole was found on the side of the shirt. I sent photos to the company as soon as hole was found and asked politely for an exchange as it was faulty/damaged. Company not willing to give exchange, refund, or any voucher towards other shirt as they were more worried about being 'in financial loss' than the customer experience.

I would definitely not recommend buying from here if you want a good quality shirt with no holes/faults!!

De läser inte mejl. Det går inte att kontakta dem. De är långsamma. Jag beställde i slutet av november. Det tog dem ca 11 dagar att få iväg paketet, som jag nu först efter nyår har kunnat hämta ut efter postgång och tull. En av tröjorna är fel storlek. Det ska gå att byta, men med frakt och tull kostar det som en ny tröja. Detta är kanske det sämsta köpet jag gjort online någonsin.

I have been waiting 14 days more than I should. Said that I wanted no British Clubs and got a Charlton kit.

NO footballshirt deliverd so far. Send an email no reaction till now. Hope this is not a fake supplier. Cost me almost 60€. My son is waiting his shirt, and would appreciate my order to be delivered.

Appalling! Do not use this company!! I ordered a shirt on the 14/11 for my sons birthday this month. Still waiting for this to arrive! Have emailed and sent messages on their social only to be ignored! I’ve raised an issue with my bank for a full refund! A shambles. Avoid at all costs!!!

Worst company I have ever used.
No answer to multiple emails, item never arrived for my best friends birthday, we are nearly approaching a month.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I initially wrote a very negative review, as I had not received my shirt and received no replies to emails. However, after four weeks my order arrived and it is perfect. I still think customer service is incredibly poor, if I had received a reply I wouldn’t have written a frustrated review.

I ordered an paid for 8 tops. instead of receiving a boys size 9-10
I received a large adults top. I have been trying to get in touch via social media and several emails and no one will response. I don’t see me getting this sorted. Really disappointed. Don’t use this company.

Bad customer service, they do not respond to e mails, would never use again

Scam! No customer service and no shirt! Ordered for my son’s birthday. Not hopeful about getting money back.
