I ordered a shirt and then tried to contact them to cancel the order. However, there is NO telephone number! Had to email, but heard nothing back so going to contact my credit card company because after seeing these reviews I don’t believe this is a credible company. Any company that ignores customers emails and has no other way to contact them should be avoided like the plague. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I placed an order with them. My credit card company will get my money back - they are good at dealing with these type of companies.

I am editing my review to say this company eventually responded and my shirt arrived!! The shirt was a Scottish one from 2007 and the recipient (9 year old) liked it. However, I don’t think I’d use again based on poor communication which is a shame. Wish these companies had a better way of getting in touch to resolve issues.

My son is a big football fan and he saved his pocket money for 2 mystery shirts. We received two fake meaningless shirts and sent an email to arrange a replacement shirt. The website mentions you can exchange the shirts if you're not happy with the one received. Various emails are ignored and I never heard from the company again. I would not recommend them at all

Ordered a Mystery retro shirt for my son, apart from the slight delay in delivery everything else was fine, great shirt.

Received an Incredible Boca Juniors shirt within a day of buying! So happy, thanks.

Took 2 weeks to dispatch the shirt saw the poor reviews and tried to cancel 4 days before dispatch to no reply. The shirt arrived, blatantly fake and a really poor quality. Product codes do not match either. It’s clear their reviews on the website are fake. Filed for a chargeback which has been received. Stay well clear

I wasn't happy with the shirt I received. I sent an email to arrange a replacement shirt, (the website says you can exchange the shirt once if you're unhappy with the one received), this email was ignored and I never heard from the company again. I would not recommend them.

FAKE WEBSITE - Took money, Sent nothing, no response to messages. Will be doing a chargeback from my bank but just wanted to add a review to hopefuly warn others NOT TO BUY FROM HERE!

Trading standards have been contacted and ip address and location sent to them.
Total rip off and fake site. They dont forfill Don't buy you will never get your order.

Terrible service. Sent a shirt which wasn’t suitable so arranged for an exchange. Three weeks later I still have no shirt and they are not responding to my emails. Avoid this website!

Ordered shirt - Received wrong size. I have tried to contact them for a nearly a week now to no response.

Shirt purchased. Contacted multiple times to arrange return and no reply received. I would avoid.

Avoid - sent me a top with no tags and valued at £15 sold through other websites. Emailed for a return/swap and haven’t had an answer 4 days later…
