Our entire experience was seamless
Our entire experience was seamless. From the pick up point to ALL the incredible food, there are no words. Our captain made perfect choices of where to visit & dock. We felt so spoiled & grateful for our friend making the choice of HIGHT 5! This vacation was by far the greatest experience in our lives thus far. I mean every word.

The boat and crew were amazing and our trip ended up being great. The service from Myst was really lacking. They are very good at taking your money, but once they do, don't expect anything else from them.

We’re really glad to hear you had a great week of sailing and that you enjoyed the yacht and crew. That part of the experience is what we always hope for.
That said, we take full responsibility for the stress and confusion leading up to your charter. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting or incomplete information at the last minute.
The incorrect captain details were passed along to us by the yacht’s manager, and we regret not catching the mistake sooner. The decision not to deliver the yacht to Mykonos was made late the night before due to weather conditions, which forced a sudden change in plans. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed until very late and were left with little time to communicate everything clearly to you.
We’ve raised the issue with the yacht owner and are reviewing how we handle situations like this to ensure guests are better supported in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback—and again, we’re sorry the trip didn’t begin as smoothly as it should have.
