Stephanie Reynolds has been a joy to work with! She is very thorough and professional. She presented us with several options while we were figuring out what we wanted, and guided us each step along the way. She is also great at following up to make sure we get everything in order. We haven't been on the charter yet, but we're extremely excited and appreciate all her help in getting this special trip booked!

Erin Pavane was so helpful with answering questions and following up with phone calls at the appointed dates. She was pleasant and always called back or followed up. I was very happy with my booking experience.

Great communication and explanations

Our expereince was perfect from start to finish. The broker spent a considerable amount of time listening to our needs and wishes and found many options for us to choose from. The yacht was beautiful and perfectly maintained, and we couldn't love our chef and captain more. Captain Hugo and Chef Millou were incredible--professional, fun, attentive. The food was truly beyond our expectations! By the end of the week, Hugo and Millou felt like part of the family. We can't wait to book another charter!

Erin was super knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She helped every step of the way and was always quick to provide helpful info and advice! Can't wait for our charter!

Myst Yacht Charters was very prompt when responding to our inquiry. They provided a variety of budget options and were willing to work with us to find the best fit. We had several special requests and they worked hard to accommodate these. The process was very simple!

Our boat was ready on time and in tip-top shape. Our captain Purnell was fabulous. His knowledge of sailing the BVI was impeccable. He was always respectful and kind and put safety first. His boat skills are exceptional. Our ability to stay at Nanny Cay resort after returning the boat made the end of our travels perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Only issue we had was Myst did not use the market rate for the exchange rate and they charged 3 percent if a credit card was used. Since I have insurance through my credit card, I used it, but we probably will go through American Express the next time.
