Candice knows charters and charter bases like no one else. She has helped us with nearly a dozen bareboat vacations over the years and is instrumental to our planning. She has access to a multitude of charter companies and goes out of her way to get us on the best boats with the best people. I wouldn't book without her. Thank you Candice!

Our 1st charter went off without a hitch. Stephanie was extremely helpful and responsive in addressing all of our questions and concerns.

This is the fifth time we have used Candice to find the right boat for our great. As always, she went above and beyond to provide our group of eight with a bevy of beautiful catamaran options. She was very knowledge and provided great insights about the vessels.

Our cruise aboard Lola in BVI was an absolute dream and couldn't have been more perfect. The food, the crew, activities, accommodations, itinerary and consideration for our individual needs are all perfect. I thought this would be a one in a life time trip because it is rare that I spend this kind of money on a trip like this but it blew my expectations out of the water and I will be going back again when I need another week of perfect bliss in paradise with my closest friends and family. I don't know what else I can say to express my satisfaction ☺️

Stephanie at Myst Yacht Charters made it easy to select a charter sailboat in the BVIs that fit out needs for separate cabins, capabilities, itinerary, and cost. Quick to respond, prompt with paperwork and emails, easy to understand. Of course, charter will not be for a bit--but I can speak to her part, the brokering--and it was quite competent. For reasons which are mystical to me, she requested that I mention the charter invoice (#1760) which I do here--because I want to give her credit for being organized and competent. Thanks Stephanie!

Candice Chivilo went the extra mile to ensure that the logistics were as easy as possible and that we picked the perfect boat for our family!

The experience was really enjoyable. The only disappointment was the (supposed) chef. Jack was very kind saying everything was great. The rest of the crew were fabulous and exceeded my expectations but as I had mentioned before we booked, food was one of the most important factors.
The cook for the first few days was only mediocre. The bread & pastries every morning were exactly the same and from frozen. I’ve had better from Trader Joe’s. One breakfast she made French toast and it was not hot (like most of the meals served) and dry. One evening she served a congealed pasta that must have been sitting for a while because it wasn’t close to even warm. I ran a successful fine dining restaurant for decades and to serve 5 people should not be a difficult task.
After I wrote you about the food not being good the Captain must have talked with her because for the first time and going forward she printed a menu for the day and improved a bit. Whenever I passed the kitchen I would see her using a iPad to follow the recipe. A real chef should have at least a handful of recipes under their belt and not need to keep checking if they were following instructions correctly.
It was evident that she was doing the best she could at her level but it was far from professional.
My husband who normally has a hefty appetite and a strong stomach had to run to the side of the yacht and throw up not one time but twice from her meals!
What else can I say. Because of her lack of competence the experience was far from perfect for us.

Overall experience was A+! Candise was great to work with as she was very responsive and knowledgeable about the yachting world. The Pursuit was a perfect size for our large group of 10 people. At no time did we ever feel crowded.

Captain Chris was extremely knowledgeable and a very skilled Captain. His ability to navigate our 60+ ft. Catamaran into just the perfect spot for anchor never ceased to amaze our group.

First Mate Finn was extremely attentive to everyone's needs and always had a smile on his face. Whether we were looking for a cocktail or engaging conversation....Finn was always "Johhny on the Spot"!

Chef Cara was AMAZING! We all knew we would be eating several meals on the Catamaran, none of us expected a 5 Star Chef!!! From her table presentation to her amazing culinary creations, she blew EVERYONE away by outdoing herself day after day.

Candice was great to deal with as she was very detailed and timely with her responses to questions. She provided many boat and crew options and pros and cons of each. We had a great time and much was due to her efforts!

I had a complex scenario, where I had 15 separate couples from across the country sign up. We each had to pay separately and we even had some individuals accidently pay too much. Candice and her team refunded the over payments quickly and allowed payments from 15 different sources. This was extremely helpful. Her team and her answered questions and assisted me the whole way. We are looking forward to our charter in 2025.
