We’ve been using MyT Clean for a while now and have been really happy with the service. The cleaners are always friendly, reliable and do a great job. Communication is always easy and quick. Really pleased with them and always recommend 😊

Paid hundreds for a "deep clean" that was neither deep nor clean
I hired this company for a deep clean of my 2000 sq ft property. Three cleaners arrived and finished in just 3.5 hours. Here's what they missed:

Did not clean the fridge or freezer
Left shower valves covered in limescale
Did not touch the bathroom medicine cabinet
Left crumbs in drawers
Left a sink full of dirty water
Did not clean behind the kitchen tap
Left streaky kitchen work surfaces

For context: a previous cleaner spent 10 hours doing a basic clean on my 700 sq ft flat. These three cleaners spent 3.5 hours each on a property nearly three times the size—that's 10.5 total hours for what should have been a much more thorough job.

Communication was poor. I provided my phone number for questions but received no call when they finished. On my doorbell camera, I can hear them saying "what did he say to do with the keys? Just leave them there" before leaving without contacting me. I had to call them 90 minutes later to find out they'd left.

The cleaners seemed rushed. The first cleaner walked straight past me into the kitchen without invitation and showed no interest in a tour of the property.

The owner's response was defensive. When I raised these issues, rather than apologizing, they offered either a discount or for the cleaners to return the next day (which they emphasized would be at great personal expense as it would ruin their weekend plans). I didn't trust them to complete the job properly, so accepted a discount of £156—bringing the price down to £390.
When I asked if they could do better on the discount, the owner became angry, so I accepted what was offered.

I'll now have to spend hours cleaning the property myself after paying £390 for work that wasn't done properly.

Save your money and avoid this company. They lack standards and don't take pride in their work. You'll end up doing the work yourself and still be out of pocket.

If only 1 person was to be recommended in this lifetime, then it should be TARA as she left no stone unturned but should there be a company in this world to be recommended then again most definitely Tara's "MYT CLEAN LIMITED" having proved that if a job needs doing, it's not just done well but ensued that it was as efficiently done as effectively as when booked in, quick as a flash! Tara took everything into consideration & there was nothing that MyT Clean Ltd didn't follow through with & to say their experience SHINES through is an understatement, with the agreement of a further 3 afterwards proving this isn't just my opinion. What needed doing was an absolute mammoth of a task & all 4 of us are blown away with the transformation of not just cobwebs but cobwebs-on-cobwebs in a building that's not just old & left unloved but Grade II listed with huge amounts of nooks, crannies & vast amounts of spaces needing more than that TLC. Not exactly nearby neither, it's STILL amazing to think how Tara & her MyT Clean team managed to get it all done esp. in the time they did it in too & even able to do a Sunday, eager to start as early as poss. Tara topped the evening off with about 50+ professional B4 & after photos all sent via email along with an impressive competitive invoice alongside other fantastic bits of info. for perusal etc & right from the off was a real pleasure to talk to on that initial phone-call, keen to get underway. So true about the saying that goes "it's who you know" I now know why my brother recommended Tara as do I now (& highly!) as between them all it wasn't just what needed cleaning that got ELIMINATED but the stress & a whole lot more too! Thanks again Tara & to all of your MyT Clean Ltd team! You make life sparkle! X

Having used Tara and the MyT Clean team several times now for deep sofa cleans I have to say they are amazing at what they do!

I've been using MyT clean for several months now for regular weekly cleans and it's made such a difference to my life. Not only does the house look great but now my weekend can be spent doing anything other than cleaning. We have the same cleaner every week who is punctual, reliable, hard working and generally lovely. If I need to skip a week or change a date then that is via Tara who will accommodate my request which is never a problem. Should has done this years ago!

Rang around for quotes to clean my rug, MyT did not answer my call. Got a quote from another company who say they can do it tomorrow. While I am in the process of booking I get a phone call back from MyT offering cheaper & that they should be able to do it this afternoon, but will call me back in 20 mins to confirm. They then proceed to give me the runaround all afternoon, ignoring my calls & texts, never officially confirming the booking (despite saying each time they did bother to answer/respond that they would do it), and also giving questionable advice on how to treat the rug before they come. Gave up and gone back to the previous company after having my time wasted with this one. Complete joke of a service.

I tend not to post reviews and take poor service in my strides as the last thing I want is to disrupt someone else's livelihood.

I contracted MYT for a deep clean of my house on Monday 3rd July.

Let's start with the positives- the 2 ladies were punctual and arrived on time at 9.30 in the morning. They were professional in their dialogue.

That's about where the positives end. I have attached some pictures of their service after a 6hours deep clean!

I reached to them after the clean and was told to send pictures of the areas of concerns which I have. Since then, I have heard nothing from the company and no apologies.

It has frankly been an unpleasant experience - imagine spending over £150 on a deep clean and still getting on your hands and knees cleaning skirting boards, windows and mopping up the floor.

I definitely wouldn't be using the company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I have used myT clean for deep cleans, one off cleans and regular weekly cleans. The ladies are extremely friendly and do an amazing job! Very competitive prices and Tara is fantastic at keeping in.toucb and updated. Highly recommend.
