We were able to get tickets at a good price with them and booking this way was easy. John was very patient and helpful when he called us back to finalize everything

I really appreciate John. He was very helpful with getting our flights and accommodations met. Very nice person. Thank you John.

100% recommend them. David and Daisy were excellent. I accidentally purchased the ticket for the wrong days and David swooped right in and saved me. I will be using this company moving forward. I disconnected they immediately called back. They remained very professional and empathetic/

I had an excellent experience purchasing my flight ticket with my ticket deal.com. I dealt with both David and Andrew and they were both so professional and helpful. Thank you for your outstanding service and may God bless you both.

Being guided by Andrew Miller with courteous and professional service made an excellent impression on me. I felt heard with my requirements for myself and my grandson on a “bereavement” flight to celebrate the life of a loved one gone to early and unexpectedly. His mannerisms and attention to detail were impeccable. Well done MyTravelDeal.com. I would highly recommend use of your site, especially if all personnel are as kindly efficient as Mr. Miller. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an airline ticket with Andrew, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I spoke with him, he was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were on the phone for a while, but it was not awkward, he provided helpful information about checking in early and how I can call back if I have any questions or issues about anything. I am glad I was helped by Andrew he made my experience well worth it. thanks

I called to make reservations for our grandson and great grandsons airline flight. David was the most patient and kind and more then helpful reservationist .. such a great asset to your organization👍He’s a keeper for sure 👍 Thank you again David .. we sincerely thank you!

Do not try to buy ticket from this website, is scam if you are scheduling a important business, work or a planned trip, they will canceled your ticket a last minute and tell how they can help get a ticket because the price has increased, and they will ask 3× the price they canceled it for. 6/19/24 i boughta ticket, they canceled my ticket on 620/24, I bought another ticket $ 116.00 on 621/24, they canceled it and called me and said your ticket is canceled mam, but i can get a ticket for u for the same date, but is now $375.00. I also have a friend who advised me after the fact that I shouldn't never try again, this same website made him buy a ticket for $500. Because they canceled his flight and he was going on a self contract job, if not he was going to lose his job. Go on cheaptickets.com or priceline.com, good experience.

Jason was extremely helpful. He helped me through the entire process. I wish him and the company all success.

David was outstanding and patient. Even though I was kind of in a panic, David kept me calm. His customer service skills is impeccable.
