Amazining customer service

Mr Waqar, thank you ever so much for everything. Honestly you have been so helpful. I cannot thank you enough. From start to finish you were amazing dealing with all my issues that arised and finding multiple flights until we finally settled on one that was suitable after a pain staking back and forth for days. Good flexibility policy and matter solved very quickly over the phone.

When needing to change my booking due to Covid-19 change in restrictions, they gave me a voucher that I can re-use within a year (90% value). I had chosen a flexible product and paid for this, however I did the same with another travel agent and had so many problems in the same situation and in the end will still lose the ticket value. My Trip had a much better policy, and has contacts available on the website.

I am bound to express my experience…

I am bound to express my experience with the reservation staff especially Wajiha who had and is still providing the best customer service and going the extra mile to fulfill my needs. I don’t normally book through agents but was so happy to deal with her as she got me to Pakistan on a quick basis at an excellent rate providing great service. Given the current situation of COVID 19 she has provided great solutions. Initially planning a month trip to learn my destination is now on a red list she opened my ticket for 12months to allow ease all round for me to return.

My mother came via a friend who is not really stuck as she was not able to board a British airways flight on 5th April due to PLF and ordered by myself to enjoy. I got in touch with Wajiha in relation to getting her back who again went out of her way to provide solutions but as quarantine is a must and very expensive she is better to enjoy and stay in Pakistan and spend that money here than give to thieving government.
Bearing above in mind Wajiha is more than liable to promotion and a bonus.
Very proud and happy with My Trips dealings and will no doubt recommend to all. Thank you.
