Typically, it's not a bad app. Because I have been able to make deposits ,win and cash out. But here lately, I've noticed ,I don't know if it's based on the amount I've deposited Vs the amount. I've won, but the last few times I've won somewhat of a big amount, A 100 plus dollars or more, I haven't been able to cash out the full amount for instance , Today, I won a hundred and seventy five dollars, and it only allowed me to cash out thirty dollars. This needs to be fixed or they need to state somewhere on the site.The limits, if there are limits to how much you can win and redeem, based on how much you deposit, i don't even know if this is the case.Because i've seen my husband win three hundred dollars, and I know he didn't deposit more than fifteen dollars at the time, and they allowed him to cash out the full amount, but i've won a mediocre a hundred and some dollars and not been able to cast out the full amount on a twenty dollar deposit.It don't make no sense.And if there are stipulations such as this, they need to put em on the site.So, you know, and can put a big enough deposit on it. I have contacted them and I'm waiting to hear back. But I don't expect much because last time I contacted them, they didn't make much sense and they didn't help me. What so ever, but I know if i'm not able to cash out at least a hundred of this, a hundred and seventy five I will be not playing this app anymore.And I will be strictly playing spinquest, because i've deposited ten dollars, three different times and one fifty every time and been able to cash out the full amount, and they didn't charge me for it.Whereas this app charges me a fee, which is fine if they actually let me cash out my full amount.
