what a difference when wearing the socks, they seem to stiffen up my legs and give support and comfort when out walking

While I like your product, you’re not truthful on where it’s made.?And both times that ai ordered, I specifically went by the chart and ordered 4XL. Both orders came with the sticker on the packages as 3XL/4XL. One of the socks was definitely a 3XL and unusable by me. Customer service solutions were cost inefficient for me the customer.

I have only tried a pair for a couple of days because I broke out in chilblains, so I am trying to clear them up before I try them again

I have ordered three pairs of socks. Confirmed order number #7769. Been waiting two weeks for a tracking number. Have emailed them. Nothing but crickets. Afraid I got scammed out of a hundred bucks. Do not bother with this company!

The Socks fit well and stay put, they are supportive but don't squeeze the daylights out of your feet and legs.

I don't like surprises when I order online. There were none. Quantity, quality, price, and shipping were all as advertised. This was my 2nd purchase and there will be more

I sent my purchase back on 3-4-25 along with usps tracking number. I was returning the purchase because I received a size different from what was ordered. I have not had any communication from VitalFlows in regards to the status of my return. I have emailed on 2 separate occasions, I have not had any response. I don't know if the return was ever received by VitalFlows.

January 18th, 2025 I purchased 10 pairs of knee high support socks from 'My Vital Flows'. By purchasing 10 pairs, I got a free pair. After waiting11 days for my parcel to arrive, from Mississauga Ontario, I was highly disappointed to find that the stockings I ordered were far too small. I even measured twice and went a size up! So, I emailed the company right away explaining my situation, and they decided that they were going to send me more! However they don't have a size bigger than what I ordered! So I told them I wanted a full refund.
They told me I must send my purchase back at my expense, insured and with a tracking number. I chose Canada post which cost $18.53! Also, The one say inspected my returned items, I would receive a refund. That was January the 30th here we are 4 weeks later and nothing! I have corresponded with this company 8 times! I have sent a copy of my Canada post receipt with the tracking number, a picture of the parcel sent back in the original wrapping with their return address on it, a copy of my Canada Post tracking, which shows they received my return. Also, a screenshot off of their
'myvitalflows.com' web site of their 'return policy'!
So I am out $166. I have never bought a thing online that was this frustrating to deal with! All correspondence from them has a sincere apology as to how sorry they are at my frustration! They even asked me for a 2-day extension so they can sort it out I gave them 5 days. And wrote them again That was three letters ago. I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canada. My MasterCard receipt shows this company works out of Barcelona Spain. However they ship out of Mississauga Ontario. So today, I filed my complaint with the Canadian Better Business Bureau against 'My Vital Flows'!
It is beyond me how I can read so many terrible reviews for this company and at the same time find the handful of people who are totally thrilled with the product with the customer service! How is this possible!? Well I figured those of us who are unhappy got a product that does not fit! So we are the ones trying to retrieve our hard-earned cash back from this scamming company! Anyone who is considering buying from these people reconsider. Amazon has a lot of great stockings with a 1-day return if you're not happy! 7-day return back into your bank account. Let's just see what the BBB does for me! I will return back to this site and I will let you know.

The full refund policy is fine to advertise but when I asked for it I was told it would cost me $20 to return the goods. Ouch.!!!

My socks got a hole in the heel after 2 weeks. I wore them 3 times

Fantastic product. Look the part, very comfortable and easy to both fit and remove, which is important. Seem to wash ok. Do think it relieve some leg pain after my daily excercise. Remove them at night as my legs are elevated, but sure they would be comfortable if you did.

Quick and accurate delivery of the order and the socks seem to be doing their job in helping with the circulation in the lower legs.
