I recieved my cups and I am very impressed with the durability, the size and the print. When I got them I was inlove. It is exactly what I ordered!!! I can not wait to use them at my wedding

Great quality and service!
I ordered cocktail napkins and take home bags for cookies, both with personalization, for my daughter’s wedding. Very happy with the quality of the products, printing and service! I have already recommended to another friend whose son is getting married soon as a great vendor for wedding supplies! Very pleased!

Will not use again. Had to pay extra money for express everything! Not explained well online and had to call for explanation. Realized I had to pay for express printing AND express shipping.
Will look other places or forgo napkins next time!

Hello Leslie, We apologize for the circumstances surrounding your order. Unfortunately, due to the time it takes to personalize items like personalized cups, napkins or favors, when customers place an order they need to receive outside of our normal printing times, RUSH printing fees are necessary to move an order to the 'head of the line'.
This service requires additional manpower and production scheduling. There are times, based upon every customer's unique circumstances, that RUSH shipping must also be used to ensure ordered products are received in time for the wedding or party.
Your case was one of those perfect storms that required both RUSH printing and RUSH shipping to ensure your order would be delivered in-time for your event.
We do not like having to charge high RUSH printing and shipping fees but we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders in-time for their wedding or event. We highly recommend customers order their personalized decorations, favors or gifts at least 3 weeks before their event date. This ensures your will receive your order well before your need-by date and reduces the stress of getting ready for your big day.
We hope you liked the items you purchased and will use us again for your future needs. We encourage our customers to look at other places to order their personalized wedding and party decor. We believe you will not find a company more committed to their customers than My Wedding Reception Ideas.

The personalized napkins I ordered for our upcoming 50th Anniversary celebration are stunning and beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased. The colors pop and are gorgeous together.

They were wonderful!!
They were wonderful!!! I recieved my cups back in a timely manner. I needed to correct a spelling error that was an oversight on my part and they were able to correct it in time.
