Delivery service

I ordered from mytra and i received all.

Shipped 48kg books from Lucknow to Doha Qatar. Quick response to queries, immediate information when shipment arrives, quality packing.
Downside: only option given for credit card payment and charged good percentage over for credit card charges. I wanted UPI payment..

I placed an order with amazon India. Item was sent to my and delivered I received delivery status from amazon it was handed to receptionist. I asked for all my shopping to be sent together. When I checked in uk 1 item was missing. I contacted them they said item not delivered but amazon said they handed to receptionist. My x border said not delivered clearly not honest as a result I didn't receive all my shopping. Now I will have to pay again if I want it delivered. I am very disappointed.

MyXBorder can be trusted. I was skeptical at first. However, they kept in touch with me on almost a daily basis. There staff was kind and polite. I was shipped 2 feeding chairs from India to the U.S. for my handicap son. We desperately needed the chairs. Unfortunately, due to the presidents Tariff bill etc., plus shipping cost, it was somewhat expensive, but worth it for must have items. I would stay up late at night so it was day time in India so I could touch base with their staff. I also used their shop for me feature. Once, I learned how to use it this option was great. I sent then links and they found the items for me. Overall the process was smooth and I will continue to use their services.
