Great food

Great food. Not cheap but that's what you have to pay for a good quality. My dogs love it! They became more lively and seems happier. The service is great. I received a prompt reply to my inquiry about the food and all conditions. Definitely recommend it!

My dog really enjoyed the food, it’s a shame then that the customer service really lets the humans down.

Zenoo are completely obtuse and unapologetic about issues on their website - offers with no terms & conditions displayed; live chat that doesn't offer any support and then says 'back tomorrow' on a Friday when the team don't work at the weekends; incorrect prices due to conversion from a base currency which then make no sense in the shopping bag; set 4-weekly repeat subscriptions that if you reorder and set up a new subscription you get all the intro offers advertised again (which don't work, but you don't know that because there are no terms shown) - it's all quite bizarre.

Not sure that as a customer, I should have to put in so much effort to buy dog food, no matter how good it might be.

Any business that does not value the customer experience should not get your business.

Zenoo will certainly not be getting any more of mine.

Chip just loves ZENOO. We tried many different foods from the vet, but nothing really matched what we needed. He is now in perfect shape has energy and wants to go for walks.

My best friend Toby loved ZENOO from…

My best friend Toby loved ZENOO from the first sniff.
He is very picky and can go for days without eating if he doesn't like the food.
So happy that he likes this food and the interest doesn't seem to wear off.

Ordered & paid for 16 Bags on a Sunday morning to be told the following Wednesday that I couldn’t have them for the price I’d paid.
Your Website accepted my order, took my money & sent confirmation but now, the day before I expected delivery I am abruptly told to
• accept 12 bags at the price I paid in good faith
• or a Full Refund

No explanation! No Apology!
WOW!
For me, this was a No Brainer! Goodbye Zenoo!
This was my 1st order. There will not be another.
When I emailed my reply asking for a Full Refund & to Close My Account, I got a waving hand emoji!
Seriously. How rude! How Juvenile!
The whole set up is totally unprofessional and unscrupulous.

Their reply says Discounts are typically capped at 5 bags yet this is not mentioned anywhere at the point of sale.
My order was accepted. Confirmation was sent to me and my money was taken immediately.
I chose a full refund and to close my account AFTER I was abruptly given the option to either accept 12 bags for the price paid or a full refund.
My decision was not just based on cost but more on the unprofessionalism and rude manner in which Marina responded to me.
Since looking at all the negative reviews about “non delivery”, I definitely made the right choice.
Sort your Website out Zenoo and get your staff into Customer Service Training ASAP.
May I suggest that if you cap your discount on 1st orders to 5 x 300g bags (I seriously doubt that is enough to feed a Chihuahua for 28 days!) then make that clear before accepting people’s money and confirming orders made in good faith.
I await my refund and hope nobody else is duped by your unscrupulous marketing techniques!

he loves it

I have a very picky toy poodle who eats only when he feels he must as is never enthusiastic about it. Imagine my surprise to find him now at my feet as I prepare his Zenoo meal, he even had a second helping - unheard of! Fingers crossed that this continues as I’m keen for him to enjoy all thee health benefits that raw brings. Zenoo offers that without the inconvenience of fresh raw food.

Love, but...

The food is very easy to serve and dogs likes it a lot.
Customer service is fast and very much supportive.
Unfortunately the price is on the very edge. It becomes too expencive even for all the benefits you get.

My dog is very picky

My dog is very picky, but she loves this.
Unfortunately it is too expensive to feed her this every day. One bag contains food for 2,5 days… so it will cost me € 7,20 per day. 😰

We're glad that your picky dog loves ZENOO. For bigger breed dogs we recommend to mix our food with RAW meat and fulfill their nutritional needs by adding 30% of regular ZENOO daily intake, as our food contains all required minerals and vitamins balanced for dog to get in one recipe;)

I wish I could review the product but I…

I wish I could review the product but I still haven't received it since I ordered 2 weeks ago. I emailed them to follow up and they replied straight away offering free probiotics which was nice but I would very much prefer to get the dog food I ordered instead of being offered more products that they can't guarantee will come within a reasonable time.

Sveiki, maistas geras, tik atsiskaitymo būdas prievartinis, tai tas truputi glumina, tik iš trečio karto ryžausi pirkti, nes pirmus du ,kai prieidavau prie apmokėjimo ir nėra pasirinkimo pačiam užsisakyti kada nori , ir suvesti savo banko duomenis neišsaugant jų, tai tikrai šiek tiek atgraso.Prie maisto šuniukė priprato greitai ir jai patinka :)

unfortunately my dogs wouldn't touch it at all, even mixed with their own food.
They even select fresh veg over this food. Its been recently scientifically proven that dogs make far more amylase than wolves. They dont have in their mouths like us because they dont chew food. Given free choice my dogs take, peas, carrots, cabbages from my vegetable garden and dogs instinctively know what their digestive system is lacking, which is why dogs dig for roots. (im also qualified as a canine nutritionist).
There is something in this food that turned my dogs off straight away. I cancelled my next order and it arrived anyway around two weeks later (apparently its not possible to cancel a 48 hour delivery two weeks in advance. Im still waiting for a refund and the parcel to be collected from me.

Good day, Lisa, we do apologize for an inconvenience this situation caused you. Dogs can refuse to eat food due to many reasons and sometimes it's even not the food fault (seasoning, dog heat, etc). The order was cancelled, when it was shipped, therefore, it's more difficult to cancel it. Overall, we would really like to resolve it and waiting for your reply into our email sent to you on 7th of April.

Dog don't like zenoo food. and the puppy’s stools become strangely hard and dry. Not recomending.

It's a pity that your dog didn't like it. Most of the dogs, who tried ZENOO - loves it. Dogs' stool changes, especially if their diet changes from dry kibbles to raw food. The poop from a raw food diet is usually small, firm and light that is easily passed by the dog.

False offer

Saw Zenoo on a YouTube video which said they were “more than happy to send a free sample.” I emailed to request a sample, they said the video was two years old and the offer now was 30% off first order. If they don’t want to send samples why not just take the video down? I was also disappointed that the only subscription was four weekly which wouldn’t suit me. The product may be excellent but I find this disappointing so I didn’t order

If you are genuinely interested in trying this food for your best friend - please do not hesitate to try it out. Auginu tris kates, kurias šeriu savo gamintu žaliu maistu. Zenoo pirkau joms kaip priedą, kaip skaniuką, kurio kartais labai prireikia :) Pasiteisino, katytėms patinka. Visgi būtų puiku, jei būtų specialiai katėms skirtas maistas mažesniais kubeliais. Šitie yra joms didoki, reikia laužyti. Šiaip esu visom keturiom už žalią maistą, ne vieną kartą jau išsprendė "neišsprendžiamas" problemas: beisikartojančią struvitų uždegimo bėdą, kitai katei - rodos, ir stomato-gingivito problemą.
