I ordered the bundle w/the face serum & lozenges. A few days of using the serum my face literally turned into a giant burning hive/rash. It has been a week and my skin feels like rough and burny. I am on prednisone for 5 days GREAT. This is aweful. You can only return if not used. I am returning my second order, I ordered prior to using, my ignorance. You cannot return if you open it WOW

I placed order March 3rd and today March 14th have not got my order. I have emailed them multiple times no response. They claim package was shipped so I made so many attempts to contact them. The UniUni courier they claim delivered package contact phone number is just a recording that says nothing about shipping or delivery company. Their product are expensive and they should make effort to help customers receive their package. No response from this company period. They ignore and couldn't care less!!!

Dont buy from Dr Bryans n1o1.com, they scam you into a monthly subscription and keep charging your card and wont stop even if you send them an email stating you did not subscribe but rather ordered a one-time purchase. Had to block them from my credit card.

I have finally received an email, product on the way, no confirmation email due to "software issue". Looks like resolution due, keep u posted.

So the package arrived in Ireland but irish customs are holding as they look for 56. a third of the cost of the parcel!! So the company have promised to reimburse me when my package is sent back to them, which is very fair of them

After placing an order 11 days ago and 3 attempts to get an update, the info has not changed and the company does not respond. It's all about the money and total disregard of customer satisfaction.

The US practically invented the art of money making schemes. It looks to me that Dr Nathan Bryan is in the same ball park as the pharma industry: As long as you're alive, they'll keep making money out of you.

On the N1o1 product website, there are no less than seven products, not including bundle offerings, where the main key element is the same: Nitric Oxide. All at extortionate prices. Take his toothpaste, as an example, where he's charging no less than $24.99 per tube!. He even offers a 'subscription' on most products. Good luck trying to get out of that 'subscription'!

Re - supplied two boxes of N.O. Beetz powder after I made mistake of economy delivery and was held up.
They delivered using urgent delivery and thanks to fed ex
so i didn't lose my money and got my product. Great service and great product. Thanks

. Paid $1000 roughly for various products and they never arrived! I’ve emailed the company 7 times and they keep ignoring me and not addressing the issue, or giving me a refund.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF DEALING WITH THEM

Do not use this business - serious website errors and terrible customer service

I have placed two orders with this company. Both times their website / system bugged out and messed up my order. The first time my card was charged but a system error on their side meant the order was rejected. I had to wait weeks for their bank to refund me. They made no attempt to rectify the problem on their end and blamed me.

Finally I decided to place the order again. The website is absolutely terrible. A free template would be far better. I clicked on the deal to buy 3 of one product and receive 1 for free. I then checked out and filled in the order information and paid extra for express delivery. After submitting my order I saw that the order had bugged out and charged me for only 1 of the product. This meant I wasted the delivery money and paid much more for 1 than I would have.

And so in two attempts to pay them for their product both times their system errors messed up my order and I've ended up wasting time and money. They never replied to multiple emails I sent them about the second order
