Product came safely but their customer service is basically non existent. I was so scared I got scammed so I was relieved when the freezer came.

29/12 08:25 Ordered freezer (said it was a pre order for after 8th Jan)

29/12 11:40 I get an email saying “ Your delivery is booked for 29/12/2023. Good news, your delivery has been booked. We will send another message on the morning of your delivery with tracking details.”

I email back asking what this meant. No reply.

02/01 16:07 I receive an email to say my order is complete but nothing delivered.

03/01 13:34 I send them another email and WhatsApp messages asking for an explanation. What the delivery note meant and when is it actually being delivered. Where is my tracking and why does it say complete etc.

04/01 11:44 I get this message back on WhatsApp but no reply on email. “ We already send it email for delivery date is 10th of January sir thanks”. FYI I never got any email regarding delivery date being 10th. No notes on my order update on their website either.

05/01 the freezer was delivered.

As you can see, the item did come and it is as described but if you want any customer services or have an issue with your order, this company is a nightmare to deal with. So I guess the choice is yours I guess.

Very good communication from any enquiries answered my calls quickly and called me back to confirm everything thank you

Well I haven't received it yet, so I can't write a review on some I haven't got. I am still waiting g for a delivery.

No communication, no date for delivery after weeks waiting, got money back via paypal who were excellent - would advise people to avide such a company - reordered with a different company and had wonderful experience, freezer supplied within 3 days of ordering - that's how business should be carried out!

Fast delivery,really good product, I would personally recommend this website.

Not recieved item not answering emails or phone calls just run of with 147 pound

I ordered an under counter freezer on 10th Dec and received an email saying it was being delivered the following day, and I would receive a message on the morning of delivery. Monday came and went, nothing. On Tuesday, received a txt from delivery Co, item will be delivered between 14.47 and 16.47, then another item will be delivered between 11.30 -13.30. There was a link to track the item, didn’t work and freezer never came. Phoned Naamaste, only option was to leave a message. I left 2 phone messages and 2 written messages. No reply. Then on 13/12 received another txt from delivery company, item will be delivered between 13.15 and 15.15. Hurrah, I eventually got it. But customer service needs to be reviewed.

Had never heard of this company but fantastic service great freezer great prices will definitely use again 5 stars

Nothing went wrong, they just delivered two freezers instead of one and when I informed them and asked them to pick up the extra freezer they couldn’t even say thank you for my honesty!
In fact, the guy who rang me was bordering on rude.

I'd never heard of this company before and so was abit doubtful but well impressed ordering was easy delivery fast 3 days, packed really well delivery driver very friendly,well done Naamaste will defo use them again
