We sell all types of beds ( Divan , Ottoman , Slatted and Divan Ottoman ) headboards , mattress , bedside tables , ottoman bedding boxes , pillows and cushion covers. We are in process of expanding in to upholstered wall panels , chesterfield sofas , tall headboards , chairs and wardrobes. We offer great quality products which are handcrafted in our factory in West Yorkshire which allows us to make custom size products too. The bed looks beautiful my daughter loved it , different from other beds we have bought it felt heavier and well made. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that probably because the headboard was to long it swings a little .

Thank you for taking the time to post the review. The swinging is due to the wall side skirts leaving a gap between the headboard and wall that gives it space to allow the movement which wouldn’t happen if it was against the wall fully after reviewing the video sent to us. We are sorry we can’t do anything to resolve that issue and happy that you love the bed.

I absolutely recommend this stunning bed, very luxurious and solid. Make sure you measure correctly for the large headboard which comes out at either side at the base too.

Horrible customer service very rude had…
Horrible customer service very rude had to cancel order won’t go back then they refunded with an E cheque which took 10 days to clear
The reply is incorect they contacted me via texted message and was very rude I didn’t have an issue with the cost I had an issue it wasn’t clear and they jumped straight to being rude if they had been nice about it I would not have a problem but it was also would take almost a month to get the bed yes we live is Scotland not the back of beyond but my main issue was them being so rude right from get go

Lives in Scotland wasn’t willing to pay extra £30 for delivery as listed was rude and wanting free delivery cancelled as payed by PayPal took long to refund not our fault. Avoid at all cost explaining things is being rude in her eyes which is all we did along with refusing to deliver for free. Clearly on the checkout both options showing for free delivery excluding Scotland and £30 for those in Scotland. We have a delivery and returns section on our website as well and this clarify’s that there is a cost for delivery to Scotland. Looking at her pther feedbacks she seems to have similar issues with other furniture companies too and delivery from them was delayed for same reason for Scotland couriers charge extra and take longer. Anyone wanting evidence of discussion between us I’m happy to provide screenshots for you to decide if all her points being raised are replied to with evidence is being rude.
