I have order from Nadine Merabi on several occasions.
Quality of all items has been of the highest standards.
Returns process, simple, effective and efficient.
Customer Service - Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I made an error with an order, by ordering the wrong size by mistake. I had a special offer which they honoured when I replaced the order for the correct size. This for me was incredible customer service. Putting the customer first!

I ordered the Eddie dress for my Civil wedding and it was just perfect,

The customer service was truly outstanding. I received a dress with a small defect, and the team responded immediately - sending a replacement right away with no hassle at all. Every interaction was efficient, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused.
They were also incredibly friendly throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better. Special thanks to Alex and the whole team for going above and beyond. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

The customer service (Alex) that this company provided was completely unparalleled to anything I’ve ever seen. They were so quick to resolve an issue that i reached out about and they replied with a tracking number to something I expected to have to pay for, or at least cover the shipping on since the fault was on my part. For any special event and when I’m looking for magical pieces, Nadine Merabi is my first choice! Thankful for the shopping experience, you have made a loyal customer out of me.

I have bought numerous pieces from NM and all are stunning! Writing this review though for the fabulous customer support team - my dress was mis-delivered by Parcel Force and NM replaced it immediately with the minimal of fuss. I hope the person who has got a free NM dress knows how lucky they are!!!

Ich warte seit ũber eine Woche auf ein Kleid obwohl ich Express ausgewählt habe, ich habe mehrere Mails geschrieben dass Sie entweder verschicken oder mein Geld erstatten sollen, ich habe absolut keine Antwort erhalten ! Ich warte noch eine Woche und dann schalte ich ein Rechtsanwalt ein!

I purchased a new a dress from Nadine Merabi however due to a system glitch the stock wasnt correct and I was given a full refund. On first buying I was given 10% discount off my purchase. The dress did come back into stock and I reordered upon reordering I enquired about the 10% discount and I was told by an advisor they could not offer me this as the discount wasnt available anymore however I managed to speak to Alex who was the initial advisor I spoke with around the stock issues and she refunded 10% back to me. Alex customer service was great its a shame that I had to give the review 4 stars due to the techincal glitch and also the first advisors Miranda not offering the 10% . Now I cant wait for my dress to arrive!

So I ordered my dress and paid for next day delivery (I ordered on a Sunday so was expecting my dress Tuesday)
On Monday I was chasing dispatch of my dress into the early evening and was being told ‘we will tell you when it ships’
Firstly if I pay for next day delivery I expect to not have to be chasing at 10pm the day before in due to receive it for dispatch.
The dress was delivered on Tuesday so panic over.
The box was huge. I opened it expecting the Nadine Merabi experience I used to get when I have previously purchased (4other items the last one back in August 2024)
To be met with disappointment. Not only do they not box their items anymore, mine wasn’t wrapped in anything. No tissue paper no dress bag, nothing. A £425 Mia crumpled up in a huge box.
I emailed Alex back who had been dealing with my shipping to be told by another agent ‘we have moved sustainable packing’ - let’s not try and pass cost saving off as an Environmetal thing you can use fully recycled and recyclable materials and still give your customers a premium experience. We are buying premium items at the end of the day and I have better customer experiences with Oh Polly who wrap and present their dresses in implicit conditions.
It took 4/5 emails back and forth to even receive an apology I wish I could upload a picture to show the box size and condition of the dress I received as it beggars belief. Their customer service response was poor and ill repeat as someone who works in sustainability - don’t pass your cost cutting exercise off as anything other than that. You want to charge people £400+ for a dress then you really need to look at how you deliver those items. It’s a shame it’s left such a bad taste as I do like the clothing.

Always outstanding quality and I just feel absolutely incredible in every piece I’ve worn giving an immediate confidence boost!
Customer service is also fantastic with such a quick response. I had an issue with a return being lost by Royal Mail who advised me that the seller needed to contact them. I filled in the contact form on the Nadine Merabi website and got a response from Alex straight away and a refund had been issued within an hour.
Definitely my go to for my next event!

Looking for quality, class, and satisfaction, you have found it with Narine Merabi. I am now on dress number six and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend.

Clothes are so stylish and I had a discount code so made them more affordable. I had to contact customer service and their response was very quick and informative. Unfortunately I had to send back my order due to various reasons but I will certainly order from them again. Still have not received my refund, so cannot comment on that aspect, but I am sure there will not be an issue
