This product is a total scam!!! They sent a fake brush with no branding on it, it looks very poor quality. I tried to contact the company for a refund but emails keep bouncing back. I also just saw they been taking $86 per month from my credit card without my knowledge!

Zero stars really. The product is ok but the unsolicited charges later of 71$to show you how to use the brush was very annoying. You cannot reach the company( in my case) ...emailed them but it bounced right back. SO, I contacted my credit card company...they put a block on the company so no further charges will occur and also REFUNDED me the 71$.

The same thing happened to me, except that they also blocked my email when asking for a refund for the 86 NZD they stole from me. Product came with no official packaging or instructions etc. probably straight from a factory in China.

Please do not order the Lymphatic brush unless you want to get robbed for $71 ,2 weeks later. I bought the brush which was $25 and they offered free Lymphatic exercise. I received this 1 week later. 2 weeks after, they charged me $71 for their exercise. I tried to contact support and 1 week later they finally apologized but with no offer of a refund. 2 days after complaining for my money back they offered me 50% of my money back. They are ridiculous and have no shame. Hoping no one else falls for this ridiculous company.

This company is very sneaky. When you go through the purchase process they have automatically ticked an ongoing $74 charge that you may not notice and if you don’t un tick this box, then they will continue to charge this. Trying to retrieve the funds and get in contact. I found to be very frustrating. Would not recommend this company for any purchases.

Beware.
If you purchased the brush it is likely that a “free trial” for some bogus pdf guide was checked for you at checkout. You will then incur biweekly charges of $50+ and they will take very long to reply to your request to cancel in order for you to incur more fees. Once you cancel they’ll refuse to refund you despite you trying to cancel before incurring more charges.
Not worth the headache of financial loss over a brush you can probably find comparable on amazon.

I purchased their Lymphatic Facial Brushes in January. I was happy with the purchase. But since February they have been charging my card $50 every two weeks for a PDF tutorial I never purchased or gave authorization for. I have sent then 3 emails and they have not responded! THEY ARE CLEARLY THIEVES. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I have started a dispute with my CC company and I'll be reaching out to Shopify as well, Buyer beware.

I bought a $12 face brush and they ended up taking $51 a month out of my checking account for three months in a row. That little brush cost me over $150!!! This is a scam! I ended up having to cancel my debit card and get a new one to keep them from continuing to charge me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam...ordered brush then started having $52 taken out of my acount...they DO NOT RETURN EMAILS...stay away...there are cheaper, better products out there!!

They included a "free" item with my purchase that ended up being a subscription that renews every two weeks for $71!

When I purchased they added a free "challenge" to my cart. There was no indication of a subscription. I couldn't remove this item. Two weeks later, I was charged $71.

Now if I go to the website it has changed and you can remove the item. It now says it renews every 2 weeks but there are no indications of future charges.

They've removed their social media presence.

This site is a drop ship scam and I fell for it.

They scam you into buying the brush with your card details following a secret email with very small writing at the bottom saying that you all of a sudden have a subscription and they will take money out without authorising with you and you’ll have to take legal action. Terrible business could’ve made a good one if they weren’t scammers.

Do not order anything from these people! They keep charging me for books I didn’t even order or receive. No phone number and they never reply to my questions.

scam. they send you a $3 brush from china and then charge you an extra $70 + without your consent as a "subscription". there is no phone number to contact them and no one has replied to my email that i've sent over a week ago.

Purchased brush and happy with it. The accompanying booklet was clearly itemized as free on the invoice! However, they signed me up for their monthly "booklet" emails without my knowledge, which are a joke, and two weeks later, charged my card CAD 71 and then after another two weeks, charged me another CAD 71. There would have been several more installments but not anymore because the card they had access to was cancelled. Currently disputing charges for February with my bank. Avoid. Update: Bank has refunded/credited me the two charges. Thankfully. I also reported the company on the Shop app. The company has also not responded to any of my emails.

Company reached out this morning on email, two weeks after I emailed them and no doubt after the heat was on after realizing credit cards have been cancelled and can no longer be charged, a few banks started investigating their deceptive tactics, and numerous negative reviews started appearing online. So much for their two-to-three-day turnaround as promised when I peppered them with emails a few weeks ago. They're only feigning contriteness because they have been caught.
I responded to their email, but it bounced back to me as undelivered, and their website is down too.

The product did not arrive and the company only sends automated messages. They have now charged my card without me making a purchase. In dispute resolution with the bank. Avoid.
