Fire Warden
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Denver to Wyvis House for our Fire Warden Training, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, Denver delivered an engaging, informative, and highly practical session that exceeded expectations.
Denver’s training style strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. He explained fire safety procedures in a clear and structured way, making even the more complex areas easy to understand. His use of real-life examples, interactive demonstrations, and open discussion helped staff feel confident, comfortable, and fully involved throughout the session.
What really stood out was Denver’s ability to tailor the training to our care home environment. He took the time to understand our layout, daily routines, and the specific challenges we may face during an emergency. This made the training especially relevant and meaningful for our team.
By the end of the session, staff felt more knowledgeable, empowered, and prepared to act effectively as fire wardens. The feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive.

Excellent Emergency First Aid at Work training
We booked Emergency First Aid training (and before that - Fire Warden training) with Nags Training Solutions. The training was very well delivered by Denver, our trainer. He has great knowledge and insight to the topics, He made everyone feel welcome and at ease and answered all our questions. The training was easy to follow and understand. First Aid Training
I went on a training course for a day with some of my work team members and it was a very comprehensive and immersive experience. There was lots of practical information that was given in a way that I could understand and I enjoyed hot there was lots of opportunities to get hands on and see how it feels to practice different procedures on people. Definitely recommend to others.

I attended first aid training today and I found it to be a very informative course. Denver kept our group engaged with some story’s about his first aid experiences and with entertaining role play.

I recently participated in a day course, 'Emergency in the Workplace'. I have to say it was one of the best first-aid training courses I've done. NAGS had created a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere with excellent equipment. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience, excellent instructor
Wonderful course, very thorough and clear. Easy to book and the location for the one I was on was great (on site parking)! Amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommended to everyone (not just for work)- you never know when you might need this training and it will enable you to save someone’s life!
