No regrets!
Absolutely no regrets adding a Naked system to my new pool build… you need to study the manual carefully to understand how it works and what to do to keep the pool in top condition, but it’s so easy and the Naked team are just a call or email away with advice tailored to whatever you need… every question I’ve ever had, responses are prompt with advice on system settings, navigation through the controllers, and confirmation of balancing chemicals needed after water testing at the local pool shop… I couldn’t be happier and the pool is sparkling, ready for summer!

The Naked System was recommended by my pool builder and so glad I made the extra investment. Had it nearly a year now, still crystal clear and have not touched it except turn on Winter mode.

Don't trade in your mineral pool
They state "The NKD-R Freshwater System uses natural minerals similar to those that come from a natural spring. " This means it is a type of mineral pool! Yet they are marketing to people who already have a mineral pool to change it out for their "freshwater" system. In my opinion, it's a gimmick. I've had a mineral pool for almost 8 years and it's wonderful. It is not harsh on my skin, as this site claims. It makes my skin feel soft. It is very easy and inexpensive to maintain with PH lower and/or PH higher, as needed. I just think the type of pool they are trying to sell is hype.

We are glad to hear that your mineral system has served you well over the years and we have nothing against them but we are simply offering a different swimming experience which I am sure you would appreciate should you ever have the chance to own or swim in a Naked Pool.

Great Customer Engagement
Naked pools customer engagement from the time we installed the product was fantastic. The APP and its contents for explaining the system are excellent. The follow up phone call was very pleasing. So far I very happy with the support from Naked Pools, its been a great customer experience.

Love this company
Love this company, if you are getting a pool go with these guys. Its been problem free and so easy to use, plus their after care is amazing. I bought my system 3 years ago and if l ever have any issues, they respond same day and help problem solve. Great company!
