Excellent.

I first engaged with Naked Solar late Autumn 2025. Kieran Somerfield was 'front of house'. With my background in property & the built environment, I am fastidious about detail & comms. Kieran's engagement (on behalf of Naked Solar) was first rate. I want to acknowledge this. It was the catalyst for moving forward.
Even though my project was relatively small, it still had challenges to surmount, especially the state of the existing pitched roof.
Success was achieved in removing the barriers to progress. Naked Solar installed the panels in July 2026. The process was as efficient and smooth as it could be. The installment team (post survey some weeks earlier) were focused and delivered.
I have no hesitation in recommending Naked Solar.

We had 14 solar panels and a Tesla battery fitted by Naked Solar on 22/23 June 2026. Naked Solar were great from start to finish with this project. Every appointment scheduled was kept, everybody involved was friendly, courteous and tidy. Every stage was explained in detail and we would not hesitate to recommend Naked Solar.

Be aware of maintenance and repair charges! I have been charged £235 + VAT for 25 minutes for an electrician to identify an issue with a £6 MCB fuse and then replace it. This is less than two years after the system was installed, and after having bought two systems from Naked Solar over the last 7 years. I was very happy with the quality of the installations; less so with the repair charges!

Our project consisted of an extension of our existing solar array with the addition of battery storage to maximise efficiency. From the outset the process was very professional, informative, supportive and not pushy. My initial contact was with Sam and he took me through the possible scenarios and costs. The clever software package allows the science and data to show how the various options play out and the payback times on the investment. Once this was decided on then the site visit from Paul was followed by the installers and electricians of Josh, Nathan, Liam, Danny, Max, Jake….. all very helpful efficient and tidy. The support around the project was always there from the initial contact of Sam to the Bristol office manager Joe. That support is still in place and nothing is too much trouble. Having been to a few solar companies, I’m very pleased with our choice of supplier. They will be around for quite some time unlike the feel and advice I got from others. We now have what I believe is a quality bit of kit with the solar panels having a 25 year plus warranty, a future proofed battery storage and the pay back time of just over 7 years.

I have been very happy with all aspects of my Naked Solar installation near Wadebridge and the subsequent service and I am now considering using Naked Solar again for my property in North Somerset.

Hannah of Naked Solar managed the replacing under warranty of my Sonnen domestic batteries very professionally. She liaised with Sonnen directly, meaning less hassle for me. Although Sonnen isn't Naked Solars recommended product, their electrical engineer, Rhys, installed it with minimum fuss.
All very professionally handled, for which I am very grateful.

Very happy to recommend Naked Solar - Their planning team listened to our wishes and came up with a plan that suited our requirements well. With the help of the Cornish Rocker we have a ground mounted system and Sigen battery system that is outperforming our expectations. Naked provided a very professional and responsive service and we will be happy to call on them for any further solar work.

Provided a very professional design and installation service which filled me with confidence. I have had the installation now for almost 2 years and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. This was a fairly complex project - five properties in total with two electricity meters. We had solar panels fitted with Naked Solar 8 years ago so I contacted them again for a second set of solar panels and 3 batteries. I also went out to a couple of other suppliers for quotes. I recently had a consultation with Naked Solar and, although I didn't proceed past that stage for several reasons, I came away genuinely impressed.

Sean was knowledgeable, unhurried, and completely free of any sales pressure. What stood out most was the refreshingly agnostic approach to equipment — there was no attempt to push a particular manufacturer or product range, but rather a genuine focus on understanding my household's actual usage patterns and designing a system that would work for my specific situation.

I use Home Assistant for home automation, and rather than glossing over this or dismissing it as irrelevant, Sean took the time to properly understand how it might integrate with a solar and battery setup before making any recommendations. That kind of thoroughness and honesty was truly reassuring.

I left the consultation confident that, had we proceeded, the installation would have been carried out to a high standard and with sound, impartial advice throughout. I would have no hesitation recommending Naked Solar, and I will be returning to them when our solar plans become viable again.

From the first initial contact with Morgan over the phone, to the installation carried out by Max, Sam, Jake, to dealing with the installation manager Joe, the whole process has been fabulous.
All the chaps have been consummate professionals, and I really couldn’t fault the in any way.
Whilst Naked Solar may not be the cheapest ( though still very competitive), they cannot be beaten on professionalism, service, attitude and conduct. They are well established in the solar game for a number of years, and going on my experience, you can see why!
