I enlisted Naklaw to manage my merger case, but the experience was far from ideal. Although they eventually resolved the issue, it took much longer than initially promised, causing considerable inconvenience and delays in my plans. In the future, I would consider other options for handling such matters.

I would like to tell you my experience of working with this company. They don’t want to do anything, they always shift their responsibility onto you. They say you have to do it yourself. Don't waste your time. Find another company that will fulfill your responsibilities

My experience with Naklaw was disappointing. Initially, they were polite, but as our collaboration progressed, I encountered unprofessional behavior. They did not address errors in documents promptly and charged extra for each revision. Dealing with them cost me significant time and stress. It seems they prioritize profit over client satisfaction. I would caution others to consider alternatives for reliable legal services.

It would be a good idea to contact customers if there are important papers that have been misplaced.

I received a letter from the Nak law firm saying that I owe them money for refusing their legal services, which I had not even planned to use, I had contacted them once for financial counselling, which turned out to be pointless and was paid for by me.

Naklaw law firm decided that if I paid 2600€ they would drop the case.
