I’ve bought countless number of products and all I can say is that the customer service is top tier. I have order all kinds of items like gloves, shin guards, and Thai pads. All of these products were shipped super fast and they were so kind enough to include additional items like shorts and ankle supports. By far, the best customer service experience. The NMT staff are very considerate and friendly. They make their orders a top priority because I always receive my products super promptly.

Super helpful staff, very quick and free delivery. Items came brand new in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Gloves where good but the shuin guard are a bit small you should put a size guide

I bought a pair of Muay Thai hand pads. The cost was $115 for the pads and another $45 for FedEx shipping. As others have mentioned, after I received the pads, I received an invoice for $34.40 for import duty/tax from FedEx. Long story short, I ended up having to pay the additional tax. Nak Muay responded to my complaint by noting that customer responsibility for import fees/taxes is listed in their "shipping policy." It is not, however, shown anywhere in the purchase process. Hiding behind the fine print in a shipping policy is deceptive in my book.

Unfortunately item was out of stock but they got back to me prompt and offered a difference size (unfortunately too big) asked for a refund instead and they processed it very quick even though it was over the Christmas period. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again

After my shipment got lost by courier the first time I contacted the costumer service that provided help and assistance and sent me a replacement that I received only 10.days after the first shipment got lost and the quality and materials are very good . Strongly recommended
