It's been a year transfering money with Nala and the only time there was a bug in the system Nala responded quickly with updates and when I requested a refund it was sent back to my account and when it got resolved I resent money and it arrived safely, Nala have the best prices compared to others and they are customer oriented and professional briefly... they are reliable and trustworthy.

And now they are asking me to provide the beneficiary's bank statement. How can we move from mobile transfer to a bank deposit? I don’t understand

I'm using this app for 6 months, the main reason is the exchange rate and customer feedback. They never disappoint me. Always on time on point.

I would rate this app as negative rating if it was possible.
Do not ever use this app. They are straight fraud amd scam
I have used it once before for a small transaction and didn't have any issue. But I recently send £135 to the same recipient and the money didn't go to the recipient. I have used numerous other app like TapTap, Sendwave, WesternUnion, Lemfi, Wise etc and sent to the same account for over 10years and never had any issues sending money.
This is the first time this kind of issue happend.
I have asked them to provide proof of payment that money has been sent. First they said their partner has mentioned the amount was cleared but they will provide proof of payment soon. But after its been 3 days since i have been waiting for this. They keep saying wait further and when pressed they resolved the query with same nonsense without providing any proof and asking for Bank statement which I have already provided to them.
This money was sent for Eid Celebration and its been 10days since the transaction happend and they still havent resolved or refunded my amount.
Bunch of incompetence fraud. Will be contacting FCA about

I cannot give any reviews if I haven’t even used the app yet. You all put my account in review before I even got to use it. So with that being said, I definitely am not happy with this app at all because you threw me off the app without my using it for the first time
I’ve been loyal to NALA for my money transfers for over 2 years. But it just takes 1 wrong to ruin everything. Yesterday I’ve sent money to my brother. I automatically thought it would be deposited in his account right away. Like it says on their app “money in minutes”. That’s what I liked about NALA. Everytime I’ve sent money it would be deposited right away. But with my transfer yesterday “money in minutes” nope . 24 hours later still no deposit. They told me twice that they would escalate it to their colleague who can help me better with the situation. I’ve had a chat with one colleague who basically told me the same thing what I was told by their colleague. So those escalations were really nothing. Just told me what I was already told. As I kept on checking if the money was deposited I’ve made some messages because I saw that a person was active. I’ve sent a lot of messages but that person who was active never responded back. Like I’ve mentioned earlier it has been over 24 hours since I made the transfer. All I’ve got were the same talking points that they have been giving me since yesterday. I haven’t gotten any updates since. If their local partners want to hold my transfer for whatever reason they should at least inform me so I can make a decision of whether I should make another transfer on some other app or not. But I can’t because they haven’t given me any updates .i mean it’s already been over 24 hours so I think I deserve an explanation of why they have delayed the deposit. But they are all silent. No one has responded to any of my messages even though i can see someone active. After being loyal for over 2 years this is how they want to treat me? After this transfer goes through or refunded this will be my last transaction with NALA. Let this be a lesson to everyone. Don’t be loyal to any company. They don’t give a damn about you if you’re loyal or not. Feel free to try other apps. Whichever you think is best for you. Don’t let just one company profit from you share it with others.
