No product received

Sent a few emails wondering where my package was, did not get a response until I put a 1 Star review on fb. The response I got wasn’t exactly polite. They claim the package is delivered and yet, I have no package.

Now they are claiming to have responded multiple times though there is no email in my inbox or my junk mail. I am yet to receive the package, a postal slip or a refund

Rachael we emailed you back on the 29th of September, then again on the 3rd of October with your AusPost tracking number (which shows its been delivered), then again on the 17th of September, so we have followed up multiple times. We are more than happy to assist you in figuring out the whereabouts of your package, however the harsh reviews we feel are somewhat unfair as we've followed all our procedures to get your order made up and sent to your desired address and maintained communication with you.
