Advertisement was not accurate. Website is down and customer service is unreachable when needed.

Wanted to return it and NanoZoom support ignores all my emails. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I think nobody should trust NanoZoom. In my experience they are awful.

Absolute rubbish product. Scam copy and I should have known better!!!
Paid for 1, charged for 4, received 4. Look fine to begin with. Clip on, x0.5 zoom great but can zoom no further. Cannot email company. Link does not work.

Don't deal with this company. My husband and I were not satisfied with the items and tried to return them in line with the returns policy, but despite trying for two weeks, we have had no response from them.

Ordered then got call from bank saying they had attempted to take 4 payments !
Lloyds bank where just as bad saying I would be transferred to fraud department to stop the first transaction because I have been over charged only to get a recording sayings it’s closed.
Apparently after taking an offer price of £52 I have been charged £108 which the bank didn’t stop 😡.
Looks like a total scam!

Defiantly a utube scam! Reputable sites using such advertising? Don't they have control over what comes up?. Perhaps not.
I was duped. Expensive lesson!!! Sent via Evri. No chance of returns as labelled CubO1 indicating no sender information.

Must know it’s a scam, but some people don’t. Some people believe it.
YouTube/Google should be looking out for the vulnerable and stop allowing scams like this on their platform.
You get the feeling, just because these scammers pay YouTube then why should YouTube care. It’s so wrong.

If it sounds to good to be true, then usually it is. DONT waste your money, A load of rubbish 😡

You’ll regret it the moment you attach it to your cell phone. The Nano Zoom HAS NO ZOOM FUNCTION.

I saw Nano Zoom on YouTube and thought if that works I want one. So I went to their cheesy website and realized it was a scam. Then I googled s Nano Zoom a scam and that's how I ended up here.

Nano Zoom NZ both the smart phone adapter telescope and microscope . NASA LENSES ! are you mad ! lies lies lies scam scam rip off again ARE YOU MAD ! NZ = £50 .... These are £18 on Aliexpress delivered , THEY " DO NOT " do all of the claims they make , made up video on youtube Where are Trading Standards & YouTube allowing !! terrible NZ rip off scam lies ...

It can’t possibly be so compact yet do what it claims it would defy the laws of physics and optics. Agree that YouTube should take more responsibility for this and other financial rip off adverts

Why does YouTube allow all these Chinese scams it’s because of the revenue they get as they don’t give a damm about the YouTube users
They are the real enemy for allowing all these scams to continue ripper us off

Dette virker som decideret svindel. Jeg bestilte et teleskop, men modtog en billig mikroskop-lignende plastikdims. Virksomheden svarer ikke på mine henvendelser. Undgå dette sted – det er falsk markedsføring og manglende kundeservice.

Bluffvarning – falska påståenden och överdriven reklam

Jag vill varna andra för detta företag som gör reklam på YouTube
för en mobilkameralins med helt vilseledande påståenden. De säger att linsen säljs till "halva priset", men det är bara ett knep – det ordinarie priset verkar vara påhittat. Det är inte en verklig rabatt.

De påstår också att linsen inte går att köpa någon annanstans, vilket inte stämmer. Efter en snabb sökning hittade jag flera identiska produkter på andra sidor till ett lägre pris.

Jag köpte aldrig produkten, och är glad att jag undersökte det först. Men det här företaget borde inte få fortsätta med den här typen av falsk marknadsföring.
