Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you have taken the time to share your feedback. To help clarify the reason we do not send paper documents, please see our response below.
Nanolocks is a paperless company, meaning we have eliminated the use of paper where possible. This is an important part of our environmental considerations, and also helps reduce costs for all clients. The paperless policy is also noted in our T&C’s for transparency.
VAT invoices are available in each order confirmation email, and include the required information for processing VAT returns for all clients (Company name, address and VAT No.).
If you would like to save any email as a pdf document, please open your email and select print, then change the destination to “Save as pdf”. For further details, you can also Google search: “how to save a gmail email as a pdf”.

Hair quality getting worse and worse
I have been using this brand of hair for the past 2 years and never had a problem until recently,i got my most recent set put in of ktips in december and not even 3 weeks of them being in loads of the hair was shedding and falling out i got 4 packs and it barely feels like 2 packs now it isn’t even blending in with my natural hair and the ends look horrible.this is 100% a product issue and not an application one my stylist did an amazing application job.i highly recommend going with a different brand as they won’t do anything to compensate you as the hair has been in more than 14 days which is a ridiculous amount of time to give consumers to bring up a complaint and it doesn’t adhere to the government consumer laws.get your hair elsewhere!

Your extensionist has been in contact with us this evening following your review.
To confirm, the salon that applied your extensions has not contacted us previously to request any investigation of your query, while they have also advised that they do not believe the issues you have raised with them are product related.
To further clarify, we provide a 30 day timeframe to our trade clients to raise any product aftercare queries, while no product refund has been sought at any stage by your salon.
We would strongly advise that you liaise with your salon directly to rectify any application related issues such as blending, while we note that your salon has also offered to apply more extensions FOC.
Should your salon contact us further on this matter, we would be very happy to investigate.
We are very sorry to hear about the difficulties you have described, and we wish you well in resolving this matter with your salon.

Have got multiple hair extensions, and products from Nanolocks. Products always arrive in excellent condition and extremely affordable for the quality! I wouldn’t buy any other hair than Nanolocks extensions!! Love this company and it’s Irish owned!!
