Since the beginning of August I have been waiting for delivery of a Nano Sparkle cloth I paid £26.00 - Buy 1 get 1 free plus postage, - after a month there was no sign of delivery Nano sparkle said it was with UPS-UPS said order not yet received another month passed by, A further e-mail to nano sparkle said yes it was with UPS -Ups said it has been delivered!!! I don't think there is such a thing as a Nano sparkle cloth - Pay pal have contacted them and to be fair have tried to resolve the problem. Nano sparkle have come back with an offer of £11.00 in full and final settlement, why not say we are very sorry and will send another 2 cloths ASAP.,

Man skal holde sig langt væk fra dette firma. Det er ren skær plat og svindel. Man betaler for en vare, som man aldrig modtager , medmindre man, udover hvad man har betalt for varer, indbetaler en importopkrævning på kr. 193,50. Ved bestilling er dette ikke oplyst. Burde anmeldes for bedrageri.

Colis partie depuis 15 jours toujours pas reçu.
Finalement reçu le produit, 6 euros de frais de douane, testé et rien, je vois aucune différence. Que dire...pas mieux qu'un produit chinois à deux balles mais tellement plus chère ...

The cloth eventually arrived after I tried contact the company - they asked that I "pay a fee to speak with (them)". I tried this piece of garbage on a small scratch on my 2023 Audi Q5 - truly appreciate the $1000 + bill to repair the damage that this garbage created. I can read - university graduate - so I followed the instructions. Not surprised that Canadian Tire, Amazon and other reputable retailers refuse to stock this garbage. They apparently don't want to be part of a class action suit. I'll put my $30+ (Canadian) loss down to experience - PLEASE TREAT THIS SCAM AS YOU WOULD A PLAGUE CARRIER. AVOID THEM> Worst transaction that I have ever experienced on-line. And for the record, a one star review is the minimum that I can offer - we need to be in the negative zone. Shame on this garbage enterprise.

An absolute scam, which is obvious if you bother to read the company's Terms & Conditions, which says they have no liability if the information on their website is wrong and if the product does not perform as you expect. In their own words (from their terms of service):

"We are not responsible if the information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk."

So, basically, you can't rely on anything they say and it's your fault if the product you buy doesn't work if you relied only on the information on their website.

They also clearly say that they don't guarantee their products or that they will do what you expect:

"We do not guarantee that the quality of any products....purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations".

They couldn't be clearer: do not expect the product to work and if you do buy it and it fails, it's your fault for believing their website.

They also very clearly say that any return costs are not their responsibility. So even if it's faulty, you have to pay to return it.

If you do buy this, you can't complain about being scammed because their terms essentially tell you that's what they'll do.

Jeg vil anmelde snyd til Visa, min bank og myndigheder. Jeg betalt for produkt og fragt. Varen kom ikke fordi der skulle betale yderligere 200kr. jeg får meddelelse om krav på 200 kr. til told fra USA. Det var ikke i aftalen da jeg købte varen. Firmaet skriver at jeg skal betale told og de vil refundere det halve beløb bagefter. Jeg var dumt til at købe en klude for 215 kr hos det firma, men ikke dumt nok til at falde for flere udgifter til dem . Jeg giver nul stjerner.

Ordered the product at the beginning of August, It is now half way through October and has still not been delivered. Company said they would look into why goods have been delayed and get back to me, this was 2 weeks ago and I have still heard nothing. I suspect I have been scammed

Hold jer langt væk….anvender man produktet på en bil ødelægger man klarlakken og området bliver mat. Firmaet oplyser ikke, at produktet bliver sendt fra usa/canada og der derfor skal betales for told, fragt og moms. Toldbehandlingen alene koster ca 160 kr uanset varens pris.

À fuir ! Ce sont de véritables escrocs qui envoient de la marchandise avec droits de douane à régler par le destinataire. Ce dernier refusant de payer renvoie le colis et n'est jamais remboursé ! Une plainte pour escroquerie sera déposée dans les prochains jours.

Die Ware kommt aus den USA. Postweg dauert ca 20 Tage. Zum angegebenen Preis muß man noch 10,10 Euro Zoll zahlen.
Bei nichtgefallen gibt es keinen Retourenschein. Man muß alles selbst bezahlen und bekommt dann lediglich ca 50 % des Kaufpreises zurück. Nie wieder

Ein Stern ist zu viel für diese Firma ! Zu den Rechnungskosten kommt noch eine geschmalzene Rechnung beim Empfang der Ware dazu (Ware kommt per Flugpost aus den USA und es sind zusätzliche Versand und Zollkosten zu bezahlen. Bei Nichtbezahlung wird die Ware nicht ausgefolgt). Bei Rücksendung: Versandkosten (nach USA) sind selbst zu bezahlen. An der Refundierung des Rechnungsbetrages darf gezweifelt werden.

absoluter Reinfall finger weg von dieser Firma es war ein teurer Einkauf der leider nix taugt aber wie heißt es so schön man lernt aus seinen fehlern

What an absolute waist of money! I rubbed some light scratches, nothing happened, light scratches still remain. Talk about a rip off. Don't waist your money.
