Very lively atmosphere. Food was tasty. Pricey. A bit on the load side, hard to hear one another across the table.

I have used Nantucket Spider - tick spray for people and for dogs for years now. I have used the clothing detergent strips for a couple years.
I highly recommend the tick spray! The people spray smells like cloves and cinnamon, no DEET, and it just WORKS! I tell the stores that carry this product how awesome it is, I tell everyone I know that hikes or is outside about it. I am happy with the tick spray against dogs - not much of a smell, it is safe for my pups, and we do not have a problem with ticks.
The clothing detergent strips work terrific. NO PLASTIC! I use unscented.

This was the second time I ordered both types of products online and I was happy with the prompt service and the shipping.

Love this company and their products!! Their commitment to high quality, non-toxic bug repellents and cleaning products, and their products work and smell great! I have tried and used most of them!! I feel good about using them and know they are not adding to my body's already too high toxic burden or Mother Nature's.

Phenomenal service and product! The tick repellent spray works really well. I ordered 6 bottles. One of the bottles had a malfunctioning sprayer, I emailed to let them know and within 3 days I had a new sprayer!! Thank you so much from a happy customer.

The product was great, but I applied it before taking a walk in the woods and left it in the car. When I returned a half hour later, the container had broken open and the liquid was all over the seat of my car. I have not been able to get rid of the smell. I live in Maine, and it is just not that hot. I should be able to leave a spray in my car without having this happen.

Love your products. We use the bug sprays for humans and dogs and the cleaners. Still need to work on your packing for shipment - both to prevent leakage and to go green (no bubble wrap, please!)

However, I contacted the company and had the matter taken care of in no time at all.

I've used their tick repellant for dogs and humans for many years and found them effective and the scent is pleasant and fresh (unlike a lot of other products that I've tried in the past).

Have always loved your products, all natural and keep the bugs off of me and my pup. This time when I ordered one of the bottle lids broke and so most of the product was spilled as a result. They replaced it immediately at no cost, great customer service, thank you

Rebut of the sticks for our cabin in northern Michigan..bonus tried the tick spray when the black flies started biting...it worked no more bites...

I originally ordered laundry strips because my co-op was out of them. When I got them, they had sent a sample toilet cleaner which I absolutely love. I would have never ordered it otherwise and I’m so glad I tried it. Their shipping is really quick compared to other companies also.

The bug spray smells nice and goes on in a nice mist and isn’t greasy like some others. It seems to keep most bugs away.

Two different times my daughter and granddaughter tried out the Summer Camp bug protection, in their backyard yard late in the day. Immediately after spraying they had misquotes landing on them and biting them. Very disappointed. Full refund was promptly given.

Love the smell of the tick and regular bug repellant. Since I'm sensitive to citronella, these are a welcome alternative. They work great, too!
