We ordered the comprehensive package prior to a potential purchase and feel it was money VERY well spent! Inspector was very deliberate in his work and took appropriate time to examine the entire structure. He identified many items - some which were relatively minor/simple, and quite a few that are not minor. He focused on his work, but also took time to explain his findings to us; his report was even more informative. Finally, he made himself available to discuss the findings.
