NDR were a life saver. Changed my life. I managed to fall into a little bit of debt which over the course of a year or two spiralled out of control. My debt was something I was ashamed of and ignored because I didn’t know or feel comfortable about going about getting it sorted. Then I fount NDR. Every person I spoke too were incredibly understanding and were easy to talk too. I can’t thank them enough. Top team.

I started my DMP with these guys and Gals in 2018 and completed it this month after 5 years. From start to finish it has been faultless and everything has been just simple and easy. All the staff I have had dealing with are helpful and polite. You cannot ask for more than that as a service. If I ever had cause to use such a service again, I would not hesitate to seek help from NDR.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I contacted NDR in 2020 due to financial problems related to COVID. They put me on a plan that I could manage and the process was so quick! Everyone has been nothing but lovely, supportive, professional and more importantly very understanding during the months I was struggling with money. I recently completed my plan a few days ago (alot quicker than expected!!) I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you to everyone at NDR who dealt with my case over the years! It feels nice to be free of financial issues! :D

Had a great experience and have now become debt free, but one thing I would mention is they do charge an admin fee each month and if you really struggle financially there are other payment options out there

Was at my lowest bad break up family bereavement suffering with health issues sadly was struggling with debt I couldn’t afford and was killing myself working paying off nearly every penny I was earning to the point forgoing food etc etc but phone call to these guys who were non judgemental at all very understanding and put me in contact with mcambridge Duffy who got me the help I was desperately searching for Iva sorted and I now feel as if I can breathe and have my life back thank you from the bottom of my heart .. from someone who buried my head in the sand with my debt for anyone unsure what do do I can only advise to phone it’s the best thing I’ve ever done thank you so so much

Easy to set up any queries answered and if don't know will find out. Any issues with making payments understandable and will work with you.

A*****The biggest thing for me was the fact that it was all done via email as I honestly could not have spoken on the phone as the embarrassment would have killed me. Roisin was simply amazing from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances and laid all of my options on the table for me. Just to note I made my initial enquiry Monday PM and by Wednesday morning my DMP is in place. So I will now be paying an affordable amount towards my debt instead of an amount that was unfordable and was leading me into more debt. I cannot describe the relief so thank you again Roisin

They really helped with my situation, I found myself struggling with debt after leaving employment and they were able to resolve all my debts.
